I just came here to say the bartender Taz made our time there an amazing one. Her drinks are top tier. She made some of the best drinks I've had in a while. Her Sidecar was too good. She's knowledgeable and friendly. As far as the food goes...It was meh. The salmon was a little too salty and the Rasta pasta wasn't really that good either. I visited the establishment on a Thursday during lunch so I wasn't able to experience the day party like environment and such.

The below pic is how our food was finished and the plates sat in front of us for 25 minutes while the bartenders kindly had a conversation in the corner. My glass was empty for about 16 plus minutes before I was asked “you good”?The service was horrible and they need customer service training!I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you don’t mind feeling like “your money is no good here”!The 18% gratuity needs to be REMOVED asap….

I’m not even giving them a 1 star for the drinks and food. My 5 person party enjoyed thoroughly, and even took food to go. Drinks were great. We were really there on a beautiful Saturday afternoon for a cut loose brunch with the girls. / when the first two of us arrived. There was nobody in the entire place. We were preparing for the rest of our party so we walked around as we were told to pick a seat. We chose the rounded table in the back. However to our dismay… the CLEANING lady’s purse jacket and other belongings were at the booth chillin like she was a customer. We asked them and the told us it was the cleaning lady’s stuff. Presumably, she was not there to party, I started to try to move her things and then this woman came out with the nastiest look on her face like she wanted to fight. Basically told us to find another seat. The cleaning lady came out after we were told to move, with a smirk and grabbed her things and left. That was weird but we still were determined to have a good time. Our server was great. She got tipped extra. But the other staff and owner, were not nice or accommodating. When friends arrived. Our group was happy. Festive and ready to wind down and party. I guess they don’t like parties here in this hood bar….. because we asked our beloved waitress to turn up the music and so she did. When we got loose.. the owner came and turned it down. Basically he said we shouldn’t enjoy brunch that hard at 3p. Waiting for 60 year olds to come in and that’s not what we’re doing. We went from jamming to vibing so low key.. it killed our buzz. Which I believe that’s what they wanted to do so we could leave. The whole vibe of ignorance screamed we don’t want you. But they were happy to collect our 500.00 bill.. to which we would have added more if we didn’t feel overwhelmingly unwelcomed. Needless to say, we went home and continue our party for free. Our beautiful waitress even understood our plight as she gave us a free shot at the end for all the uncomfortable inconveniences we experienced.People come back.Or they don’t.So if you care about your business do better with catering to the clientele that’s spending. Not the ones who will never come. Can u imagine a 60 year old couple coming to a hood lounge for brunch? You don’t even advertise for that age bracket. Cut it out. The interactions alone left a bad taste in our mouths. So as good as the food is. The experience was tasteless to say the least.

Food is definitely good but we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to get it. If you’re there for the hookah and drinks then you may not notice how long you’re waiting for the food. As good as the food is the wait is too long and it wasn’t crowded at 8:30 pm when I arrived. It’s obvious the customers knew the waitresses but the time they spent talking to customers they probably see daily or weekly, that time made other customers suffer. Again, food is good but I wouldn’t return

Everytime I've gone here I had a great time. The atmosphere is nice the food is great, and the bartenders are beautiful and very professional. It does get pack so make sure you get there at a reasonable time so you can get a seat.

A nice ghetto bar?. Better than most hood bars! I like all the bartenders and the food is Ok, which makes it quite expensive to me!If you use a credit card make sure you have a driver license with you! Don’t know if that’s legal or not so I try to remember to bring cash.

The food was good, but pricey. Service was absolutely horrible. Bartenders never said a word to us for the whole 40 mins we were sitting at the bar. If we didn't order food when we first walked in, we would have left sooner. Bartender looked me in my face at least 3 times and kept waking by, only taking orders from people who walked up to the corner where she was drinking with two others. So many empty cups and bottles on the counter, hookahs from people who left. Would never go back.

Don’t waste your time supporting this establishment. Customer Service is horrific. The staff isn't friendly and it takes them a very long before they take your order.

On Fri. 2/2 I placed an order over the phone for the turkey wings with 2 sides, which was advertised online via Google maps for $20. Upon arriving to pay and pick up my food, I was surprised when the bartender informed me that my total was $33. Despite the online ad displaying $20, my food actually cost $28. Despite showing the online menu, the bartender did not honor the advertised price. Additionally, I discovered they impose an 18% gratuity on all orders, even for takeout, which I find legally questionable since the standard for gratuity is usually applied to dine-in orders with six or more parties. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide not to return

Listen. I had very high expectations for this place. Hadn't gone. My family went for a birthday lunch. It wasnt packed which we were happy about, as we would get served quick. Not. We couldn't look up details in advance as there's no website, which once we arrived and had the QR code menu, it appeared they have weekend brunch but the standard menu shows you can order from it all day, which is false. Which again, fine, but this should be made clear somewhere if the site dictates otherwise. We were seated. Server was nice. No diet drink options, lemonade, teas. Some things in the menu not available, this happens so fine. We finally ordered. After waiting 50 minutes, one member of the party was told they do not have the item she ordered....which, why wait an hour to have her order something different without telling her anything? It took 60 minutes before the first piece of food came, chicken and waffles. Chicken warm, waffles not. The sides (eggs, potatoes, sausage) ordered showed up sporadically, some 40-50 minutes later. The appetizer came last, and this was when the meals were basically finished. Even retrieving checks took an additional 20 minutes. Not sure if there's a lack of communication on the teams end, but please do better. We were so excited and honestly let down, I'm not sure if it's because this is primarily a lounge? Regardless, it's no excuse when these are services offered. I do recommend the apple pie waffle if you choose to go.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.
