If zero stars were an option, I'd award it to this McDonald's on 4th street, given my experience of having to guide staff, including the manager, through fundamental screen navigation. The entire team would benefit from retraining to enhance customer experience. This location is undoubtedly one of the worst McDonald's I've encountered, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Pulled up to the speaker the lady on the other end had a nasty attitude!! Never asked for my code, gave it to her anyway and before she types it in she likes whats the code for, im trying to let her know as she screaming at someone else inside the store. So of course she couldn't hear me and said can u say that again but cuts me off with u said 1624!! Just unprofessional in my opion once i got to the window after a 7 min wait i was severed cold fries!! Had to go around in drive threw again just to get hot fries!!

I ordered hot coffee and apple pies. It came fast and the staff is friendly. kudos for that. The pies are fine but the coffee is not hot, only warm. it tasted not fresh. Minus 2 stars here. I also saw many teenagers stood outside and I found the parking lot was monitored by a mobile multi surveyance station. Never saw that outside of a MacDonald before. minus one star here.

In the app it shows the frappes are available but then you get to the location and the frappe machine is always broken, 24/7 seven days a week. And good luck if you used points cuz that’s gone and all they can offer you is a fountain drink. Worst location ever!!!!! If I could give it no stars I would.
They won't look up from their phones to answer questions. I asked for water and they said no. No further explanation. They wouldn't give us sauce or straws either.

disgusting behavior seriously. INCREDIBLY unprofessional. we ordered two triple cheeseburger meal deals (supposed to come with fries).. bro 😂 where do i start? first of all we got NO FRIES. they didn’t put not ONE singular fry in the bag. we both had STALE buns, & we only got two patties on our TRIPLE cheeseburger. i ordered a lemonade ice tea. girl, i got no lemonade and NO ICE. i ordered two large drinks, got one medium and one large. then i called about three times and nobody answered until the fourth call. the women answered with an attitude like she was the one bothered 😂 & she got smart with me when i asked her who was making the orders. got loud & nasty. i really hope this wasnt the manager, & to that girl it’s not our fault you work at mcdonald’s bookie, keep ya head up 😂 however if that wasn’t the manager, dear manager. this was july 13th around 2:00-3:00 am.. im telling yall that so yall can check who was working bc please check that girl before someone catch her, yall lying if you put anything above one star. wish i could give yall negative stars like yall dont even deserve stars you deserve squares 😂😂😂😂
