First, they had no receipt paper. Big red flag. Second, it sucks when you get home and realize they forgot half of your order. Yes, shame on me for not checking before we left. Then to find that when I orsered a medium, tjey gave me a small. Then I tried calling the store to let them know tjey forgot my child's burgers, and it just rings and rings. Now there had to be at least 10 people in that store, but no one can answer the phone? Management needs replaced. The kids are trying...read full review
I will be writing a letter to corporate because this store is the worst. it has the poorest customer service Ive ever seen at any fast food restaurant. The absolute the worst. Never again will I spend one single cent with this store again.
