I’ve waited 35 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. I’m still waiting but the staff ask me to move forward so I’m not waiting at the window. No good morning, no apologies nor acknowledgment. The manager was checking the temperature of a cup of soda and looked as if she’s bothered. I rather take the loss then to beg for their service

Ordered the Grinch meal and received old cold food! No grinch fries,no grinch,socks no grinch containers! Even when I’ve come in person it’s terrible! Door Dash and all delivery apps need to review this place and reconsider! The nuggets were hard and cold too! Fries cold and like they had been swimming in grease! The Big Mac patty looks like one from a kids meal! This establishment doesn’t care and they show it time and time again! As per the rest of the reviews it’s obvious! People pay good money! DO BETTER! Refund issued via Door Dash I see your response. It’s laughable! My review clearly stated I got a refund via Door Dash! Did you even read it properly?! Your employees should pack orders correctly! Take accountability!!! I’ll be reaching out to corporate now. Even as a franchise you need to uphold brand standards!

The people that worked in the kitchen on 11/26/2025 at around 8:18pm is disgusting and that place needs to actually be shut down because why did I get my food and mid bite hair was all in my chicken sandwich! This place needs to be inspected!

Absolutely the worst people work at this location ordered on the McDonald’s app a small fry a McFlurry and a Dr Pepper went to the 24 hour drive-through and was told only DoorDash is being served again repeat 24 hour drive-through girl was very rude. Will not be spending any of my money here again go here if you want to be disrespected.
