Bathrooms were absolutely horrible, smelled so bad I nearly threw up. Used pads on the floor, puddles of pee, and no toilet paper in the holders which were laying on the disgusting floor. Also drink machines broken in the lobby so if you're eating in don't expect refills without waiting.

I wish this place will shut down already!!!. WHY IS IT STILL HERE. It's so terrible. It's been time for a petition. They don't give the order you ask for. It's like they throw anything in the bag(s). Don't get me started on never receiving your Milk Shakes, and the Ice Cofee be looking like straight beans. No caramel drizzle they you ask for. Yall don't care so shut down then! It's that simple.

The others are very good but this lady is not the first time she has done something like this and it is not good, not everyone is prepared to deal with people and less with services there are clients I hope they take action on the matter

This location is horrible, staff and many different problems at this location. How is this level of service acceptable, for a corporation and all its owner operators. They have dropped the ball. Staff has many communication errors, they lack any sensitivity in communicating problems with consumers, they aren’t trained to do with multi complex ideas and problem solving. This location is poorly reviewed overall compared to other locations. If you need a security team to grab a bite to eat, this tells you so much about the structure of this town. All McDonald’s in Delaware are not uniform or adhere to the philosophy of “Do no Harm” if this corporation cannot respect its social responsibility, then they should dissolve their organization. Unfriendly environment, no real leadership in Wilmington to reinvigorate the town and how it used to be fun and fine to snack or dine. Please fix this store for people. No Bad Service for what people pay for.

After midnight u cant get service at the drive through. I was first in line and watched 7 cars drive away. One guy asked me how long have you been waiting here. I said 20 mins he said I know I came back to see if they are open. This happened 4 times already this month. I just go to checkers across the street. I recommend after midnight go to checkers or there's burgerking up philadelphia pike in claymore. Don't waste your time here. You benn warned

Worst McDonald's ever. Supposedly open 24 hours, but I have lost count of the number of time we go to the drive thru and are turned away because they are only serving through door dash. Tonight I placed a mobile order, and as I arrived, and sat at the drive through, and circled the building several times, all of the lights are on, but nobody appears to be inside working. I now have to seek a refund for food I paid for but cannot get. Half the time the buns are stale and the soda is watered down. This place is a disgrace.
