I placed an order through the McDonald’s app at 8:45 and waited in the parking lot until 9:20. When I arrived, the staff couldn’t see my order, even after I showed the confirmation. I ended up sitting there frustrated while they tried to figure it out. Very disappointing experience — the app and staff coordination need serious improvement.they really are the worst , my friend was waiting inside for 20 min to get a meal which is placed ahead so frustrating, not recommended

For once in my life I had phenomenal service at a McDonalds. Got my food out super quick and the workers were very pleasant. I wish I knew their names but the gentleman were awesome.

Staff is nice but drive-through orders are never ready, even when ordering ahead on the app.

Literally the same day I placed this review they got my order wrong TWICE. I had to drive off without an item I paid for because I was already late from sitting there and then having to go into the restaurant anyway.

11/7/25: revising my rating down going into my fifth minute sitting in the drive through line after ordering

Didn't have a chance to actually try their food because only one of the two drive-through speakers is working, resulting in a long line of cars for the only speaker.

Not sure how a place can consistently be terrible!! You’d think they’d get it right AT SOME POINT!! You build a double drive thru with three windows and it seems not a single person knows how to work the bifurcated lane!! The third window now becomes the “pull forward we will bring it out to that window” spot instead of assigning windows appropriately when people order based on the lane they order in. Not to mention there are 2 spots for waiting for food right around the corner so no one can get by safely with the thru traffic coming in next to the drive thru now!! PLEASE SOMEONE CONSULT CHIC FIL-A—they know how to do it efficiently!! Not to mention—every. Single. Person. in the drive thru is just plain rude inattentive!!!

Not a great parking lot to walk in for safety. It's neat but cars come around the bend too quickly.

This used to be a good McDonald’s I don’t know if there under new management but the late night service is the worse very unorganized and very rushed when taking orders. they told me that my rewards code was inactive but when I went and used the same code and did a store pick up it worked then I told them after eating 20 minutes they told me I had to go back around and wait another 20 minutes .

Louis brought my food to the curbside pickup expeditiously. He was very polite and enthusiastic. Louis made sure I had everything in my order and told me he was working to make sure I received excellent customer service. I did. Excellent work. You don't this this type of dedication too often anymore. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. I will be back.
