We had a wonderful Valentine's Day mid-afternoon meal, with marvelous service by both Rochelle and Nicole, and others too! This is our first visit to this Mission BBQ location, but, like all our other Mission visits up in Pennsylvania, everyone was smiling and cheerful, and it was just a wonderful experience.
And after inquiring what we were doing for our Valentine's Day, we ended up giving a lesson on geocaching! I've never seen so many smiling people in one restaurant as in ever single Mission BBQ!
And on top of everything, our meal was nearly free. We had coupons from January, and ended up with two wonderful black plate specials, baked potatoes with brisket and pulled pork, and two blueberry cobblers (one was Valentine's surprise!). Since we rarely eat our whole meal, we now have half of everything to have for dinner tomorrow!
Sorry, we didn't think to take any pictures, but suffice it to say it was all delicious. And the restaurant was clean and wonderful.

The staff at this location were absolutely wonderful. We did a last minute take out order for 10 people and they handled it like champs! Logan was not only the one who took our order over the phone but also was the one that helped us checkout. But not only did Logan stand out, but so did the rest of the staff. They all went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated especially since my nephew is staying in the hospital down the road and we all wanted to spend the night together with some good food while keeping him and my sister company. I wish I would have gotten her name, but the woman that bagged up our food was extremely friendly and very kind. She made sure we had enough sauces for us all to have with our meals, and she even gave us a little sweet treat to give my nephew to help brighten his night. Thank you to all of you working here. Keep up the great work!!

We had such a great experience at Mission BBQ on Concord Pike. We had the smoked chicken and turkey sandwiches with fries, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. We asked Erin, who was cleaning tables, if she liked the bread pudding, and she said it was incredible. She brought some over for us to try, and I have to say, it was one of the best bread puddings I have ever had. She even brought extra caramel sauce on the side, which was a really thoughtful touch and made the dessert even better.
Erin was so friendly and attentive, and it really made our visit special. The manager, Rochelle, was also very kind and helpful when we chatted with her. You can tell the staff here genuinely care about making guests feel welcome. We left feeling appreciated and can’t wait to come back.

My boyfriend and I had a stellar experience at this Mission BBQ location. First of all, the turkey sandwich and fresh cut fries were a solid 10/10. He ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, which was also great. There was a woman who worked there, named Erin, who so kindly offered us two free seasonal bread pudding desserts after we inquired about it, asking if she tried it yet. Regardless of offering the free desserts, she was extremely kind and attentive to our table. I truly got the impression that Erin cares about the customer experience and cares about spreading kindness in everything she does, which is not a common experience. The manager, Rochelle (I am unsure if I spelled her name correctly) was also extremely pleasant and personable. We love mission BBQ but this was our first time at this location. We plan on being loyal customers and giving our business to the good people that deserve it.

I ordered takeout here the other night, and the experience wasn’t great. I wasn’t greeted when I came in and felt rushed while placing my order. The older African American woman “helping me” had a nasty attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. The food was ok but I would say the brisket was rather hard. Overall, Because of that interaction I’d think twice about coming back.

I have been a customer of Mission BBQ since they opened in our area. The food is wonderful but where they excel is in their service. I recently ordered a Thanksgiving meal for my family with their smoked turkey and all the fixings. Not only was everything well prepared, but well packaged with complete details on reheating. What really surprised and amazed me was the phone call that I received from the restaurant checking in on the meal the day after thanksgiving. This is a first class organization trying to provide high quality food for their customers. And they care enough to make sure that it always exceeds expectations. 5 stars !! You have a customer for life.
