I cannot say enough great things about Mission BBQ and their incredible team! I was attending a work event where, 30 minutes before it was set to begin, we discovered that the food we had originally planned for 200 people wasnβt coming. In a moment of panic, I called Mission BBQ β and thatβs when Rochelle, the General Manager, and her team became our heroes.
Rochelle immediately sprang into action and worked tirelessly with her staff to pull together an amazing spread on extremely short notice. Not only was the service quick and professional, but the food was absolutely delicious and left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. My coworkers are still raving about the quality and saying this will be the standard they compare future events to.
Mission BBQ truly saved the day, and I could not be more grateful. Rochelle and her team deserve all the recognition (and a raise!) for their outstanding service and dedication. I will recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional food and even better people.

Ordered the trio meal with pulled pork, brisket and jalapeΓ±o links. They give you a good portion and its pretty good, pulled pork is juicy I got the fatty brisket which was tender but on the verge of being in between basing it off of all the briaket ive had, but not bad and and the links had a nice kick with a snap and juicy. I had their mac which was cheesey and delicious and for dessert I had the mud pie which was a nice delicious ending to a delicious meal. I will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes especially their special going on right now

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Food was delicious, and the satff was the best!!.The cashier (Dan) was super helpful, he took his time to explain the menu, the manager (Nicole) gave me a Welcome Dessert, everyone was very nice from the lady that greeted me when I walked in to Luis who was very friendly and helpful when I was done with my food. I will definitely come back soon.

I would like to update this just to say that someone contacted me apologized and said that they would talk to the staff about that type of situation and I appreciate the concern. Iβm glad someone got back to me :) I like mission bbq but today when I called in to this location on concord pike the person who took my order was kinda rude I have to know specifics about the food I get for my kids because I have a special needs son who has feeding and sensory issue's he spoke back to me as if I was dumb I asked about the smoked burger and could hardly hear him I said so its smoked and whatβs else is different from a regular burger and what is on it his reply was yes thatβs why it is called a smoked burger :| to me thatβs not how you speak to a customer at the establishment you work β¦.doesnβt matter what questions someone has you answer them professionally. I have a specific reason to ask these questions that may seem dumb to some people but when you have a disabled child the questions are absolutely necessary!

Absolutely horrible experience. When my husband arrived to order, we were instantly told that they were out of ribs! At 2:09 pm, your establishment should not be out of ribs! So I asked how long until the next batch would be done. 2 hours! Yup, you read rightβ¦2 whole hours.
I really wanted BBQ so I got the brisket. Poor decision on my part. Nothing but fat. $43.75 spent on a burger, fries, shrimp, beans, and fatty meat! Iβm so disappointed and disgusted.

I've started eating at Mission BBQ over a year ago due to a recommendation and glad I was informed. This establishment is great - as is the other one I frequent. Pleasant staff, quick preparation, and very good food. My favorite is their brisket with the Tangy Texas or Hot Honey BBQ sauce. The brand and atmosphere is very military niche given it's company background but modern and comfortable. I always recommend these guys!
