Moe's Southwest Grill

2 bites and my husband and I were done. This location was awful. The steak and chicken were both gray, lettuce was brown rice was still hard like it wasn't cooked. I didn't even bother eating the chips but my husband said the 1 he had was stale. They were out of most of the drinks on the machine so I paid for a cup of water. Just absolutely awful. And the sad thing is we LOVE Moe's and way prefer to Chipotle but they aren't near us so when we come across one we stop. But avoid this location at all costs. Staff is miserable and careless as well. $40 just thrown in the trash.

I haven't been to this Moe's in about 6 years. My have things changed. I went there today and we were probably the first customers. Firstly the staff couldn't care less about the customers. Their attitudes are very poor. Secondly the tortilla press/griddle which faces the customers was so incredibly dirty, it looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months. (Grease, dirt, and dust all over it) Thirdly the food was terrible. The rice was undercooked and hard, the guacamole was brown, and overall the burrito had zero flavor. Also the chips we received were completely stale. I went into the bathroom and the toilet seemed to be leaking, water was all over the floor. There was no toilet paper and the sink looked like someone shaved their beard all over it. Completely filthy and probably not cleaned in weeks. Needless to say this restaurant isn't what it used to be and I won't be back. Such a shame as the food used to be better than Chipotle and Qdoba. Now a burrito from Wawa is probably better.

I’ve been coming to this Moe’s for almost 15 years. I’ve always known moes to be huge portions for good prices and top quality ingredients.

Not anymore.

Went in today and there was only the Manager and one employee, neither of whom could care less at all that we walked in. The manager slowly got up from texting to take our orders, and gave us the tiniest portions possible. Burrito was maybe 40% smaller than ones I’ve gotten from this location and other locations and I was charged for extra meat when I asked why they used so little chicken.

The chips were stale and they barely gave us any, not a shred of customer service. Absolutely the worst and I used to love THIS moes. I will never come back here again.

Very basic eat-in set up but the food!! The queso and chips are amazing, I think the best for the money. The serving size of everything is huge, you will not leave hungry it disappointed

The food is tasty Tex-Mex, a notch above Chipotle but with similar serving-line, customized style. I had the Stack, which was so large it required utensils. This store is a little hard to locate, in a section of the mall surrounded by vacancies but conveniently close to the Regal Brandywine movie theater for a bite before or after.

If there was something less than 1 star I could give I would. Very unprofessional it felt like the employees didn’t care about working there. They had headphones in and I was giving my order and they couldn’t hear or they wouldn’t respond back. They had everything packed and ready to close by 7:30pm. I asked for salsa with my chips and they are like we are out.

this was literally the worst moes experience I have ever had. When you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted by teenagers who don’t care about their job and just want to flirt and play around. There was a line of people because they weren’t doing their job and decided to just talk to each other. They could not get my order correct at all and I had to repeat myself several times. They didn’t even know how to redeem points and that’s their job…. the teenage girl that works there also fanned herself with the man ahead of me’s bowl… she picked it up fanned herself and proceeded to put his food in it. get you store together and stop letting teens run it.

Service and atmosphere of this location is rude and disrespectful. Denying me online coupons simply because they are lazy. They do not even say hi or look at you while you order.

Since when is it OK to lounge around at the workplace? I walked in to two ladies, talking amongst themselves while I am standing at the counter, waiting to be served. The employees did not seem to be in any rush. And there was one girl working the whole line by herself, which is unfair. No wonder why this location is part of a abandoned shopping center because they could care less who comes in their store. also, if the chips are so called free, why are they being stingy and giving not even a full scoop of chips with your entrée? Not coming back to theis location. I rather just get it delivered and they might not even do that right.
