Tasty food, filling portions, fair prices and very nice team members. Place is comfortable, clean, with plenty of seating. Mild to spicy menu, includes vegetarian options. If you like spice try their homemade spicy sauce! Burritos are great here!

Recently had food catered for our party of 9 and were not thrilled with our experience. We placed a catering order for 11 people (2 extra) for the veggie fajita bar at $14/person. The portions for many of the ingredients were extremely small - such as the beans, veggies, guac. The tortillas were fairly hard so we ended up using our own. We did reach out to the manager who stated portions are controlled by corporate. Their only solution was to order more food (even though we ordered more than our guest count). At $14/person, you would expect a reasonable portion size. Unfortunately this will be our last time utilizing Moe's for catering.

Have been coming to this Moe’s for a long time including through ownership changes of this specific franchise. It has taken a turn downhill. The food on the warmers is crusty looking. As is the salsa. Also the actual reason for writing this is there are RATS running around. Saw two run from the back kitchen over to the bathrooms.

First time at this location, but was warned by a friend that they’re known for trying to push up sales and add things that are an up charge without telling you. I ordered a Stack with ground beef and the guy said something about that being an up charge (even though it’s not), I just ignored it but at the end the manager tried to ring it up very quickly and I noticed he charged it as steak with a $2 up charge. I called him out and he changed it and apologized, but it was very clear that it was a deliberate attempt to up charge me for a standard protein option. Very shady. Between my friend’s warning, all the reviews on here, and my own experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here as the owner/manager seems to be a scam artist.
They try to copy chipotle but the taste is very bad. They don’t put necessary spices to chicken and rice which makes the food taste extremely bland. Better to go Chipotle and pay less money for the better food. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL…!!!!!

Came for the Moes promotion for 6 dollar burrito night just to be disappointed last moment as this location was not actively participating. Food was not fresh chips were thrown in same bag with no salsa which was supposed to be included. Instead I was left with a $14 dollar cold burrito with skimpy portions and plain chips that I had to pay full price for as I was not alerted that they weren’t participating. Would not recommend coming here shopping plaza and restaurant has gone downhill.

I went in the store to get my food (a bowl) and it was not hot. The salsa bar taste bad, like vinegar. Guac lacked flavor only thing good was the tortilla chips
The food was hot and the service was good. The food needed to be topped off. But other then that, My experience was good.
Vegetarian options: It can use some more vegan choices. No mushrooms

I used to go to Moe’s all the time & never had any complaints but now it’s just a joke. Their advertisements are not at all close to the food you actually get. Chips used to be fresh but now taste like old stale chips that’s been left out for multiple days. The burritos used to be packed with flavor, which now is super small & bland. The bowls are outrageous, the amount of food you barely get compared to how much you spend. The food vs the portions vs the cost is just laughable. No one greets you anymore with the “welcome to Moe’s”. I wouldn’t eat here even if it was the last place on earth. I’d recommend going to chipotle, the food is way more flavorful & compared to their prices, no complaints with them.
