I’ve been coming to moe’s for years and it’s always been my favorite spot. Unfortunately the quality has taken a huge dip, primarily due to the employees there.
The food is standard. Not much to say about that. The problem was the service.
My friend and I were double charged for our drinks and sides. After we called out this issue, we were told we were wrong over 4 times. We repeatedly told the employees that there was a clear double charge on the receipt. I even went back and did all of the calculating myself
They took a 5th look, and after having to wait for an additional 10-15 minutes, finally realized that we were indeed correct and were incorrectly charged. We never received any apology or any sort of acknowledgement for having our time wasted and if we didn’t speak with a certain level of confidence, we would’ve never gotten our money back (which we were owed lol)
Also the food here has gotten way too expensive for the quality. $50 for two people? Seriously?? it’s fast food

Me and my freind just went there not too long ago and the pepole couldn't understand anything we said and messed up our order we asked for Half the qesadilla to have chicken and the other half to have cheese only because we were going to split it they look at us like we were crazy and then put chicken on the whole this and while we were waiting for it they just kept starring at us the whole time made us feel very uncomfortable and my friend couldn't even enjoy her quesadilla due to the Chiken being on the whole thing

The staff here is outstanding!!! They excel in cooking and kindness, they never skimp on portion sizes and every meal is high quality. You can enjoy healthy options or totally indulge. I recommend both!

Tasty food, filling portions, fair prices and very nice team members. Place is comfortable, clean, with plenty of seating. Mild to spicy menu, includes vegetarian options. If you like spice try their homemade spicy sauce! Burritos are great here!

Recently had food catered for our party of 9 and were not thrilled with our experience. We placed a catering order for 11 people (2 extra) for the veggie fajita bar at $14/person. The portions for many of the ingredients were extremely small - such as the beans, veggies, guac. The tortillas were fairly hard so we ended up using our own. We did reach out to the manager who stated portions are controlled by corporate. Their only solution was to order more food (even though we ordered more than our guest count). At $14/person, you would expect a reasonable portion size. Unfortunately this will be our last time utilizing Moe's for catering.

Have been coming to this Moe’s for a long time including through ownership changes of this specific franchise. It has taken a turn downhill. The food on the warmers is crusty looking. As is the salsa. Also the actual reason for writing this is there are RATS running around. Saw two run from the back kitchen over to the bathrooms.

First time at this location, but was warned by a friend that they’re known for trying to push up sales and add things that are an up charge without telling you. I ordered a Stack with ground beef and the guy said something about that being an up charge (even though it’s not), I just ignored it but at the end the manager tried to ring it up very quickly and I noticed he charged it as steak with a $2 up charge. I called him out and he changed it and apologized, but it was very clear that it was a deliberate attempt to up charge me for a standard protein option. Very shady. Between my friend’s warning, all the reviews on here, and my own experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here as the owner/manager seems to be a scam artist.
