Was driving from Maryland to the Philly area and decided to make a quick detour into Wilmington to try Opa Opa. Got the lamb gyro platter and was really impressed. The lamb was perfectly seasoned, the fries were crispy and the tzatziki was fresh. No frills Greek joint. If you’re driving down I-95 and need a quick bite, this place will definitely get the job done.

Ordered a chicken Greek salad. $21.95!!!! Mostly lettuce!!!! Was charged $2.00 to chop it!!! That takes 5 seconds for them to do that. The lady who answers the phone is barely pleasant. The cost is absurd! I will NOT go back. I could get a filet salad at a nice restaurant for the prices they charge! I almost forgot....almost $7.00 for a rice pudding!! I don't believe they put caviar in it. Ridiculous!

The food is always very good. Prices are good for the amount of food. The only down point is a lady ( Tall maybe the owner). Everytime i've been ordered there no matter how nice i've attempted to be she's been rude and abrupt to me. I'll always wait for the other gentlemen i believe he is the other owner. He h always nice and very kind. Great place to dine in or out, but if the face of the resturant is the lady. The first person the customer see's this might not speak well for your company and may cause you to loose business

Whoever’s working at the register right now is so rude. We were recommended this place by a friend who’s been coming here. We came in and were going to have a large order for our family and asked about their fries because my little cousin has a specific diet and she rolls her eyes at us and tells us “it’s just fries.” and kept saying that and yelled when I tried to explain to her why we’re asking. This is really how you speak to people inquiring about food and wanting to know its taste because of someone’s specific diet? We walked out.

Ordered two gyros for take out and baklava. Excellent food. The gyros were tasty and had plenty of meat. Nothing to disappoint here. The baklava was also not oversaturated with honey and had great flavor. Will definitely dine here again.
I used to eat from Opa Opa a few times week when my hubby worked in Trolley Square. Since moving to PA I make special trips to Opa Opa just to get a gyro. 100% worth the 45 minute drive. All the food is amazing.

I will never patronize this place. They are cheaters!! I ordered the chicken souvlaki which is clearly listed as 10.50 yet was charged 11.50. When I inquired I was "I don't make the prices".
