Tried out their new spicy orange chicken and new peach lychee drink, super yummy and refreshing. Went around 6:30-7PM on Friday. Not super busy. Employees and manager was really friendly. Dining area was very clean.

Decided to get some dinner and was met with very unpleasant staff Mimi was very rude to me after I told her what I wanted for my entree she said hold up and just left the counter and didn’t come back then finally another guy casually came over and then she rang me up . Seemed soo uninterested in assisting there customers like cmon .

I love Panda Express. We ordered bowl with 2 side, black pepper chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. Fried Rice and Chow Mein is yummy. Both the side are not that great. We tried their Mango Watermelon drink it tastes really good.

I had a disappointing experience at the Panda Express in Wilmington. The customer service was poor — the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. What stood out most was their approach to something as basic as drink straws. We were given small straws for large cups, and when we requested appropriately sized straws, we were told they only use small ones. As a result, the straw sank into the cup, making it inconvenient and frustrating to use. It’s a small detail, but it reflects a lack of attention to customer experience. I hope management takes note and improves both service quality and basic amenities.
The restaurant was clean the atmosphere was very professional and friendly. I really didn't care for my noodles it was very dry I believe they really have to throw out the noodles especially when it sets for a long period of time. But otherwise it would've been a outstanding experience.

First time trying Panda Express. Better than expected. This is the on Kirkwood Hwy by Limestone Road. Food are fresh and taste are good considering it's fast food. We had Kung Pao Chicken, string Bean Chicken, Pepper Chicken, Mushroom Chicken and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. Yea, we had all chicken as I am very particular with my beef. I was afraid their beef would be overkill, and I'm not much for fried food. To my taste, their noodle wasn't cooked enough. All the chicken were tender, even the white meat. I feel that baking powder was used as tenderize. It's ok but when over used, the meat loses their texture. All told food were tasty. I would come back. Place is clean and staff were friendly. Prices are very reasonable.
