I am writing to report a concerning issue regarding the condition of the restroom.
During my recent visit on June 17th, 2025, I observed that the bathroom was in poor and unsanitary condition. Specific issues included:
• Soiled toilet paper on the floor • Unclean toilets and sinks • lack of general cleanliness
This level of hygiene is unacceptable — especially in a food establishment where cleanliness is critical for public health and customer confidence. I expected higher standards from Panera Bread, a brand known for quality.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all customers.

VERY vegetarian unfriendly! The broccoli cheddar soup is made with meat broth. The potato soup is made with bacon. Alllll of the salads come with chicken. Worst of all, they don’t warn their customers on the menu or on the ordering tablet. There was no staff around at all. I had to call out to one of the cooks in the kitchen to ask about what’s in their food. Ridiculous.

We love going to Panera Bread locations nationwide to get the Broccoli & Cheese Bread bowls. We didn’t mind the rather long wait. But, we were very disappointed with the food. The bread was chilled…apparently stored in a refrigerator (?) and the now-plastic spoons did not hold up to getting the soup-soaked bread out of the bread bowl. The fruit cup was not up to par. And, the floor was not clean 😕
