Baguettes and generous bowl of broccoli cheese soup were delish and filled me up. Hubby enjoyed the Cordon Bleu sandwich, which was huge. Order taker was not at all friendly, though, which always puts a damper on things.Vegetarian options: A vegetarian would have no trouble finding options in salads.

I don't know why you changed the cinnamon buns from square to round but they are dry and hard on the edges. Go back to the other way,

3 days this week I’ve gotten a message saying my order is ready and every day I’ve been standing here for an extra 10-15 minutes until I asked someone where my order is. Stop hitting the ready button if it’s not on the shelf. Your staff should take the heat for not being ready on time, not your customers.

This place is ridiculous don't order anything from and they're always every young person works here and I think it's a joke somebody's going to get beat up in there they said my order was ready and it wasn't ready and they're looking around for my order when they approved my order was ready to be picked up I can't stand this place I can't stand management I can't stand the poeple in it ..not the first time I keep making complaints and nothing has been done and I spend $45 for three items I can go to the grocery store just like how they do but sell it for more money this place is a joke .. and I don't get corrected very snotty with attitudes and when I was standing there I seen somebody drop some food and pick it back up. .. so you might be eating some dirt beware stop going here a waste of your moneyParking: You can't find a parking spot so beware you'll be parking on the roads
Terrible service. Ordered online, was instructed to pick up food in the Rapid Pick Up bays, had to ask several times (which talking to an employee face to face is a "feat in itself") where my order was, and then they found it behind the counter.

Table was dirty we had to clean it asked the young lady behind the counter (a question after we placed our orders about a drink)and it was like we were bothering her this was our first time at pineras and it will be our last for the amount that was charged the chicken was sparse and burnt chicken and pepperoni it was supposed to be chicken,thick pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on a roll with a variety of non existing sauces Mac and cheese tasted like soup bye paneras your food does not live up to your commercials

While I love Panera bread, I will not longer place an order for delivery. I order the same thing all the time and I noticed the portions for half sandwiches are different when you dine-in verses with you place a order for delivery. Today I ordered a half sandwich which was all bread and a mayonnaise spread of meat. To charge $8 plus for a half sandwich and not even get half the meat is ridiculous ?.This isn't the first time I ordered from this location and I've gotten less than quality food. Most time I do rapid pick-up in order to check my food before I leave.It almost seems as if they don't care about customers who decide not to dine in. Definitely disappointed.
