What is wrong with this location??! Itβs so poorly managed that itβs astonishing. Pizza sauce is always oozing off of the slices (not in a good way), the sauces are always wrong. The wings taste like rib meat, the only thing that they do right is the sodaβ¦ and thatβs bottled.

Got delivery the first ten minutes after they opened, and an hour later, the pizza looked like all the toppings slid off into the box, and the breadsticks are seen in photo below stuck to the top of the box. Not sure if the driver was sliding around corners, but have never experienced that before. Tried to call store but was on hold waiting and just decided to leave a review instead.

This place is the worst ever π« they don't answer the phone and i never got my order they take my money over phone and when I call back about my order they didn't wanted to answer the phone and and I can't go up there because I was lying up in the hospital
This place is disgusting. They make the pizza without gloves using their bare hands I went to pick up an order for door dash and noticed one of the workers making a pizza touching his hair while making the pizza, he was also touching the computer buttons to see the next order while still making people's food. I was grossed out. I will never order from this papa John's on Lancaster avenue.

Ordered from here as i do about once a month. Never had an issue before now. 1 hour delivery while i live 5 minutes up the road. Thats not what my complaint is i just want the situation being very clear.
Order was delivered, well rather said it was i did not have my order at my door or my direct neighbors. Called and was transferred back and forth between the manager and my driver about 3 times. After a tireless discussion of reviewing my address 5 times i was told my order was being remade and the driver would call me when here. 10 minutes later the manager calls me back and asks if a all pepperoni pizza is ok (i ordered a half pepperoni half plain) because they accidentally made it all pepperoni and it would take an extra 10 minutes for my order. I said all pepperoni was fine. Delivery driver calls asking where the delivery needs to be made we re go over the address info and i was asked if alls i got was a large pizza. I said no the large pizza and a 2 liter starry. I was told it was going to be an extra 6 minutes because he had to leave my address to go back to the store to grab the soda.
I dont usually if ever complain as someone who has been a food and customer service worker my whole 11 years of having jobs, but this entire ordeal took 2 hours from placing my order to receiving it, and though i had agreed that the all pepperoni was fine it still wasnt what i originally ordered and that in and of itself is frustrating.
Im not recommending boycotting this papajohns but obviously the new ownership/management change over so far has not been a good decision. Id highly advise to give them about a month or two to get themselves together and in a functioning routine before considering eating here again because right now what they are doing is clearly not working.

Make Sure They Use New Gloves! I've Witnessed Multiple Instances Of Unsanitary Practices Since New Owners Took Over This Location. IT'S FRUSTRATING! I Only Come Here Because My 6 Year Will Not Eat Pizza If It's Not Papa John's. π
They seem to always to make mega mistakes when preparing orders, takes forever to get your food, and the constantly lie about making your order right when you asked them to fix their mistakes.

This is a pretty terrible Papa John's location. Ordered sodas and they never came. Also, they did not include plates, napkins, or cups despite my multiple requests for them. The driver did not call me upon delivery so that I could check my order and handed my order off to someone random person at my company. OH and the best part, one of the pizza boxes had an old, rusty pizza rack inside of it along with the pizza.

Every time I order from here, it just seems to be massive in efficiencies. Like thereβs a lot of people there working but nothing is getting done kind of thing. I got the automated message from the app saying that my food will be ready at a certain time I showed up and was not ready but they said they had to put it in the oven. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes and asked if pizza ready. They then start asking my name again. Smh. Also the donβt do half this and half that. I typically donβt order Papa Johnβs because I think itβs overpriced. But my boyfriend buys it and I kinda started liking the pizza.
