The customer service Cash year at the front tonight and the crew in the back really did their thing. It was busy as heck and they were awesome like a well oiled machine. Haven’t tried the food yet. I’m sure it’s good too.

Tonight my daughter requested Papa Johns and we ordered 8 pizzas. I don't always order from here but I'm glad we did. I had to call the store because every pizza was made so good. From the crust to the sauce and when I said extra cheese that's exactly what we got. Everyone enjoyed and expressed how good the pizza was tonight. I will definitely be ordering my pizza from here for now on. Thank you to whoever made the pizzas tonight they were made with Love lol ...

Ordered pizza well in advance for delivery. Called 45 minutes past the delivery time, and the pizza hadn't even been picked up yet. This will be my last time ordering from this location. Thanks for nothing and all the excuses. Totally unacceptable!

I have been waiting for literally 2 hours for delivery and I definitely understand how you can get busy, but I can't even cancel my order because I'm put on hold… and left on hold forever. 1st and last time ordering from this location. I don't even want pizza anymore 😩

It was the shaqoroni pizza it was plenty but not crispy maybe undercooked ?? I'm not a chef but I like a crispy pizza not raw doe

I ordered cash on delivery. Driver showed up with no change. Would have left him an over 50% tip and his attitude was awful. I called Marsh Rd manager “Frank” who was confused and yelled at me, then hung up. I had plenty of money. By the time I dealt with these babies, I lost my appetite. Skip Papa John’s. They cry and cant problem solve their way out of a paper bag. Good grief.
