I ordered door dash , I paid for 3 sauces plus crushed pepper packet and and wings had no sauce , cant blame door dash if papa johns doesnt put the food out correctly.

Disappointing pizza not good.I walk in and order pizza and told 20 minutes wait.35 minutes pizza ready. Very little sauce and toppings added after pizza removed from oven. This place was good at one time but not anymore. I won't come back here anymore. Bad pizza

First let me say DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE the website says no contract delivery a lie. They were out of wings last night NEVER CALLED they delivery driver called me. I called the store and they told me to take it up with DoorDash for my refund NO because my order was placed with you and I want my 12.00 refund. So today I am going back to the store when open and calling my back. But NEVER NEVER AGAIN bad service and they don't care they think you won't follow up WRONG you are going to give me my money back for food I didn't get.

Had me on hold for 30 minutes just to answer the phone and have no-one speak. Y'all messed up my whole pizza order, and even worse you gave me no banana peppers nor garlic sauce. Your driver took so long to the point where our pizza was cold!!! đ

Best Papa Johnâs in the area! Fast service and delivery Brandin and his team are amazing. Even at the dinner rush no drop in service or quality. I cannot forget Tot the oven tender who makes each pizza with that extra special Papa Johnâs quality! Cannot say enough great things about this location and team.

This location needs to go see the young lady at the PJ'S over on rte 4 by the hospital and she can teach you how to make a pizza properly. Never from this location again. Waste of money

So I go to this location often, Iâm gonna give them four stars because they donât always get it right but they always make it right and I appreciate their customer service for that. I decided to post about this location now because of my most recent experience not sure what happened with my initial order. I requested two medium pizzas. One pizza was supposed to have philly steak, onions mushrooms and green peppers. Well done, square cut. The second pizza was supposed to be sausage and pepperoni, well-done square cut. What I got was a sausage pizza that was pie cut. The other pizza did not have the ingredients properly distributed, and there were jalapeño peppers in my pizza which I did not request. Neither of the pizzas were square cut or well done. When I contacted the store the next night they told me to come in and they will fix it. They asked me what I wanted. Iâm sure they wouldâve given me whatever I ordered, not âwhateverâ I ordered, but you get my gist. I just told them I wanted them to remake the order from the previous night so he re-printed it and remade it and provided me with a drink which happened to be my favorite soda so that was really nice! Perhaps he saw that on a previous order?!? Who knows but anywho, thanks guys!!

I normally don't get this kind of food but I wanted to try something different last weekend so i ordered a pizza and extra side stuff and of course I didn't get what I ordered i mean it wasn't that big of a deal but if I ordered it I wanted it!!!...I ordered a garlic stuff crust pizza and just got the regular stuff crust and missing some dipping sauces so I don't know if I will order from here or if I do i will pick it up and check before I leave but the delivery driver was nice and I gave a extra tip.

Ordered a Cheeseburger Pizza +onion +bacon, boneless wings, and garlic knots. The boneless wings were fine. Garlic knots were completely dry and were missing the garlic sauce that makes them garlic knots⊠Pizza was completely wrong. they gave us tomato sauce (barely any on the entire thing), and just bacon, onion, and 5 pieces of chicken???? no beef, no pickles, wrong sauce, wrong cheese. Also looked like it was cut, but wasnât. Walked in and I understand there was only 2 people working on a Saturday night, but come on. Papa Johnâs app told me the order was ready before we arrived, and honestly I donât think it was started til we got there. Another person came in for an order and the young man working didnât acknowledge the person, or ask who they were picking up for. Minutes go by and heâs waiting until the guy making the pizzas came up and the order he was waiting on was sitting there ready the whole time. I just got off a 12 hour shift and I just wanted what i ordered. Iâve worked in food service before and this was overall a bad experience.
