I came here because the reviews were pretty good. However, my own experience was that the food left a lot to be desired, and the service was just okay—nothing worth mentioning. I’m definitely not coming back.

First time using park cafe for their Thanksgiving meal to go, I can’t express how delicious this food was! No hours spent in the kitchen more time with family but the food was incredible! Will definitely be doing this again.

Started with a bowl of the White chili & it was delicious. Main was Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich…. Outstanding. The sauce, the spice, the bread, pickles, lettuce. Can’t wait to go back. Great staff. Clean. Great menu selection. Would recommend. Hidden gem. Tucked away. Get some flowers by Alexis, to-go!

Really nice little cafe. Atmosphere, staff and menu are delightful.
Back story: a few weeks ago I scouted out several locations for an intimate, professional lunch I was planning for the future. I loved Park Cafe instantly and was offered a small cup of the zucchini & basil soup which i loved. I make the reservation then & there.
Today was that lunch. We both got the Z & B soup and it was not the same -by far. Thin, lacked the fullness of pulp and had a limp flavor. The salads we had were delish and service and atmosphere lovely. But bc of the soup I was a little embarrassed and a lot disappointed. The chef was not in for me to mention it.

I’ve never been so rushed out of a restaurant that had so few people and hours left till closing. Very strange- I’d only been once before, several years ago, found the place by accident, and it has a lovely garden area. Used it as a meet up with a colleague to get some work done- we sat outside, by ourselves. Started with an appetizer (chips w/ 3 dips, tbh they all mostly tasted like sour cream, the menu didn’t say what the base was), ordered drinks, (would have had coffee but they don’t carry any non-dairy creamers), then I got the only vegan soup, a zucchini basil (I think) soup, which simply tasted like puréed zucchini. My colleague and I were happy to work until closing, ordering drinks and dessert or another snack- we were clearly working, laptops out, not bothering anyone, when the waitress comes and hands us the check while we’re still eating. Then she came out again to nudge us along. Then the MANAGER came out to nudge us along. I’ve never been so rushed out of someplace where I was legitimately not bothering a soul ? My colleague had the ham sandwich, which was apparently tasty. So. Maybe just get that to go if you stop by.

Park Cafe has a lovely patio that was perfect for our rehearsal dinner! It's surrounded by gorgeous greenery and has a rain flap. The location was nice and private and tucked away off the main road. We had a fantastic spread of sliders and tasty cocktails! The mini cannoli's were out of this world!

This is a beautiful restaurant, especially the outdoor space and landscaping. They have high chairs but no kids menu. The chicken sandwich and chips were good, especially the chips, but not $16 good. The menu said the bread was made in house, looked like costco potato roll to me. The service was subpar. I was the only person there, and the waitress did not check on me again until I finished my meal and asked for the check. They did offer me a military discount which I appreciated. This restaurant is located in an economically depressed area. I think no one was there because the pricing isn't suited for drawing the community in for lunch. The food quality doesn't justify the splurge.

Very nice place. My wife and I had lunch here the other day. It was nearly empty, which worked for us.
This is a small place, and even better there is a side patio. I wish it had been cooler so that we could have dined outside. The patio looks great.
Park Cafe has a small menu, but it has very good food. Prices were quite reasonable.
There is a small parking lot, but I guess you could park across the street at the other strip center.
This cafe is in a place I never knew had something like this.
It is well worth the time to visit.

Park’s place is a must stop for brunch. Was looking for a cute cafe while in Wilmington, and this place delivered. The French toast was delicious, and the staff was personable. Highly recommend and will go back whenever in the area.
A very cute place, came here because they had a patio and we wanted to bring our dogs but on the day we came, Saturday morning, the patio was closed. Ordered coffee but they had no non-dairy mik. Then ordered a sandwich, potatos and English muffins toast. The sandwich was okay, the toast was physically flat, it was more like a crunchy cracker. The potatoes were not sauteed, they are either deep fried or air fried, very crunchy but no salt or seasoning. I think this place is more setup to host parties, bridal showers, birthdays, etc than a spot to stop for coffee and food.

Unfriendly staff. Would be revisiting if it weren't for that.
Came here for a girl's brunch last weekend. We made a 2-hour reservation one week in advance for 1:30 pm on a Saturday. We arrived at Park Cafe and were immediately told that they had a party that afternoon and that we would need to leave by 3pm. Everyone in the party (5 adults, 2 infants) agreed to stay and enjoy brunch in the time frame we had. The waiter took our orders (did not write them down), and when the food came out one of our guests received the wrong item. She kindly told the waiter that she did not order that food item and he very rudely responded with "I'll try to see if the chef can make you something different." The manager then came to the table with the same dish that was sent back with the wrong food item. It took an additional 15-20 minutes to get the meal she actually ordered. Around 2:45pm another manager (assuming) came to the table to remind us that they had a party that afternoon. One of our guests let her know that we were told we had until 3pm and the lady said "yeah, well you guys are really milking it, aren't you?"
It's a bummer that the staff was so unfriendly and unprofessional. Overall, it was a beautiful atmosphere, the cafe is small and cozy. The food was good, and pricing was fair. I feel that we would have had a great experience if it weren't for how rude the staff was. We had a reservation, and management could have easily called us to let us know that we would be in a time constraint that afternoon. We would have been happy to move our reservation or choose a different brunch spot.

Park cafe is a great spot right outside of downtown Wilmington. The food is always fresh and they have a great patio area. I recommend the bang bang salad.
