I ordered from Doordash and it took 1 1/2 hrs for a dasher to pickup my food. I ordered a salad, celery, meatball dunkers, and cheese bread. No salad or celery. meatball dunkers has some kind of clear plastic in it, 2 pieces now, cheese bread was completely burnt. if I another piece of clear plastic, I guess I should see an attorney.

This is horrible and dishonest to not state this is Chuck E cheese. The food was terrible and the cost was high. Just because of this I will not be bringing my kids back to Chuck E Cheese ever again!

Ordered through the Pasqually’s website in Wilkes Barre. Delivery was provided by DoorDash. More than 30 minutes late, cold and half my order is missing. Pasqually’s blames DoorDash and refuses to address the problem. $40 for a cold pizza and no wings. Never again!

Ordered some wings supposedly it's by weight and then tells you how much each weight will include so I ordered the size that said 13 to 16 wings for 23.59 instead they sent barely 8 as 2 of them were practically a sliver of chicken on bone so upset to have paid that much for hardly nothing and they weren't even that good, never will order here again was hoping something new would be good my mistake

This place is a scam. It’s actually a Chuck E Cheese. Ordered delivery off of the website thinking it was a legit pizza place. Good gets delivered via DoorDash. It was missing half the order, no sauce on the wings and no lids on the dressing that spilled all over the food. Called the number and get a Chuck E. Cheese recording. Speak to a manager who refuses to refund my money and tells me I have to go through DoorDash who also won’t refund my money and tells me I have to go back to the restaurant. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Worst pizza in town. Little Caesars is a step up from this trash. You know the old rule, “even when pizza is bad, it’s still pretty okay?” This crime against humanity might actually break the rule. AAAAND, after a little bit of research, I discovered why I’d never heard of this place before... This is LITERALLY Chuck E. Cheese in disguise. I thought it was just a new place that popped up recently. Instead, it’s a turd that they attempted to polish with a secret rebranding so they could sell to a few unwitting rubes on delivery sites.

this pizza is horrible. Ripped us off for 38 dollars. At least when I've ordered Chuck E Cheese in the past I knew it was gross. Warn your people, it is a dupe. The portion size is great, delivery service (uber eats) was great. Food tasted like glue. disgusting.
