Pat's Pizza & Bistro Concord Pike

It’s 10:20 AM and they’re online time says that they open at 10 AM, but yet when I walked into the restaurant, they proceeded to tell me that they are closed,then why is your door open. I will not be returning to this establishment that cannot open at their listed time. It is not that difficult to show up for your job on time

This little local food joint is a gem. Their customer service is always great. I ordered 20 pieces chicken, they accidentally put 10, called them and within minutes they delivered my 10 pieces.

Mold on my Texas bbq burger bun. Took a bite and everything. Never coming back.

Delivery wise, something’s always forgotten or messed up; An overall exhausting experience every time; the staff are polite and friendly, that has to count for something.

Got a slice for lunch the other day and it was great. Came in to order a whole pizza of slices they had on display but the dough wasn't nearly the same. Did the cashier lie to me or is there no way to order a pizza of the same thick dough as they use for the slices?

I had a pretty disappointing experience with Pat's Pizza. I called in to place an order, but the employee clearly didn’t understand what I was saying and ended up putting me on hold without explaining or trying to clarify.

When I went in person because they put me on hold for so long, the atmosphere was just... dead. No energy, no music, barely any customers, and it felt awkward just waiting around. Honestly, the whole experience made me not want to come back. Definitely not what I expected from a pizza spot.

Worst quality food out of any Pat's location.. Three different sandwiches with little portions of meat, missing ingredients and subpar quality. There was more bread than meat in the cheese steak, smaller than a half dollar size meatballs for the sandwich and mozzarella sticks without the mozzarella. Will refrain from ordering at this location again.

Great pizza and food! Excellent service! I recently had a large order for a high school post-rugby match tailgate. When the match started late, they were so accommodating and held delivery until we were ready (so the pizza could stay hot!) The homemade potato chips were a hit too! We will definitely use Pat’s again for our team functions!

When planning my daughter’s birthday party I wanted something different! If you’re looking unique, gourmet sandwiches, then Pat’s is the way to go! I went into the restaurant and the staff helped me pick out the sandwiches I wanted helped me figure out how much food I needed. They were so helpful and great to work with! We ordered the “Gourmet Sandwiches”, which was an assortment of 5 different types of sandwiches on focaccia bread. My party guests devoured them! They came with homemade kettle chips with the most delicious seasoning! We will be using Pats again for our future parties! Highly recommend!

I called in a pinch with a budget and a head count and just like that he was able to make an appreciation lunch for our associates happen! The entire team at Pat’s is awesome and the food is always phenomenal! We will be a customer for life!

I suggest to anyone reading this - order from the location on Philadelphia Pike in Claymont. Best Pat’s spot for years.

The lady assumed my gender on the phone and got it wrong after I told her, the delivery took 59 minutes when they said it would take 30, and I ordered a pepperoni pizza but got cheese. Everything else is good

For the second time, we ordered online only to get notified that the order is ready and arrive to find it hasn't even been started. Frustrating experiences with the Cocord Pike location. No one seems to care either making it even more frustrating. Is no one managing the place?
