Pat's Pizza & Bistro Concord Pike

We ordered sandwich and wrap trays for a surprise party we hosted and everything was delicious! Not only that but the staff was wonderful to work with, accommodating and professional. We will definitely be back and we will spread the word.

If I ever order from you again I'm physically going to your location everytime to order, and pick-up my order. Everytime we order from you for delivery your staff always gets our order wrong no matter what it is or how simple the order is! So also you will NEVER recieve a TIP from me! It's ONLY this location that has this issue. The other pats locations we have ordered from before always got our orders correct.

Ordered online for delivery and they didn't even deliver my food but charged my card and then wouldn't answer the phones.

First visit the girl upfront didn’t nor couldn’t speak left the store check my order called there same girl answered and didn’t say anything had to go back to the store just horrible. Next visit online says they close at 11pm Friday I called multiple time @10pm and no answer what is it with this place.

We placed a catering order for a variety of sandwiches and salads. The quality of the food was excellent, as was the presentation. The management was great (and easy) to work with. We will definitely order again!

Very homey italian shop, but the food is excellent! Everything coming out of the kitchen is delightful, and the staff is extremely polite. Highly recommend if you’re taking the family out for some reasonably priced grub. Get the pasta with aurora sauce!

The food was promt, fresh, and great, but the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Sierra and Carlos, thank you for making our night. I cannot reccomend these guys enough!!

Nobody would ever think of dining in here, which makes it a chill spot to do exactly that. Plus you can people watch and judge their orders if you're into that kinda stuff. The place is very clean and the food is cheap and better than I expected. Only issue was I had to convince the guys in here to add chicken on top of my loaded fries, which to them seemed like Mission Impossible 5.
