I took a few minutes to read the reviews before leaving mine. I've been ordering from Pats for years. The food is always great. Yes once awhile small mistakes come up, but it happens. What's important is that they quickly fix and makeup for it. I've noticed that people only leave reviews if upset. Some of the reviews clearly are Over Exaggerated. So customers looking to see if Pats is a good place to order food YES IT IS !!!! Please give them a chance. The delivery drivers are so kind that they close my glass door for me and always have smiles. Pats thank you for all your hard work !!!

Horrible experience. Again. I have been a loyal customer for 24 years and it just keeps getting worse. The food is mid but they keep “forgetting” things when you order delivery. Tonight I ordered online and tipped the max percent online. When the delivery driver arrived with an incomplete order he held up his phone for a tip. I assumed this would cancel the original tip but nope it added it to the original tip. He said he would be right back with the missing item which cost $15 but after 1/2 hour I called Pats to inform I just want a refund of that item and the tip and to let them know I would not be ordering from them in the future. I’m sure they don’t care but thought I would share my horrible experience.

I called to order at 9:28 on a Tuesday night when they close at 10pm and the rude person who answered was short with me and told me they are not taking anymore orders so I have to assume they hire lazy worthless people and also management must not care about the business. A sad report for whee as T I once thought was a good place but now screw you! Service is everything and you folks now seem to suck at it.

Just ordered some new menu items and we are blown away with everything! Best all around take out. The new "bowls" are generous and very reasonable priced, as well as everything else.
My Sicilian pizza pie was delicious and so was the regular pizza pie.

Live at 102 Marta Dr my order which was prepaid was delivered to 2202 Milltown Rd!!!! No apology from management not even some type of compensation for the inconvenience! I ordered at 8:35pm and drove up there to get my food for my family 1 and 1/2 hours later and had to ask to have delivery fee removed! NEVER EVER GO THERE THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE MANAGER SND EMPLOYEES IS REDICULOUSP.S. Hope the people at 2202 Milltown Rd enjoyed the FREE PIZZAS?

Me and my family ordered from Pats, the pizza was overcooked and had no sauce. My husband said tastes like cafeteria pizza. Was very disappointed.

Not a bad spot to eat at. I grabbed my food to go. The staff at the counter were very nice, and showed great customer service. My food was hot when I got it, and it smelled fantastic. It tasted good, but about what you expect from a pizzeria. I never have any issues when I order from Pat's.

I placed an order for delivery and it took basically normal delivery time 30 minutes. When I received my order a medium special Stromboli and a cheese steak and fries. Well the Stromboli was over cooked burnt on the bottom and my steak didn't have my mayo. or ketchup on it, I contacted the store complained about the over cooked Stromboli nothing about my steak. They agreed and brought me another Stromboli and took the over cooked one well when they brought that Second one they messed up on that one also they forgot to put the sauce inside, so I called again they said that they will bring me sauce oh heck no it is supposed to be made with sauce in it. I just said to come pick it up and give me my money back two strikes on that plus forgetting my ketchup and mayo on my steak that 3 strikes and I am not ordering again. Thank you.
