Since becoming a cancer patient, my food options have been pretty limited, especially needing to stick strictly to gluten free meals. Finding places that truly get it and still deliver on flavor is not easy. Pat’s Pizza absolutely nailed it. Their gluten free pizza is hands down the best I’ve had in Delaware. The crust, the taste, everything was spot on, and it didn’t feel like a “compromise” meal at all. I’m incredibly grateful to have a place like this where I can enjoy amazing pizza and still feel safe and satisfied. Highly recommend.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but the experience I continue to have with the manager at this location needs to be addressed. Every time I stop by, he is extremely rude, dismissive, and has an attitude for no reason. It’s not just a one-time situation either, this has been a pattern on multiple visits, and I’ve seen him treat other customers the same way.
Customer service should never feel like an inconvenience, especially from a manager who is supposed to set the example. The rest of the staff is usually polite, but his behavior consistently overshadows that. I hope ownership steps in, because the way he speaks to people is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire store.

I’m from New York, so already my expectations are high lol. Pat’s comes pretty close to NY pizza. They are my go to spot in Wilmington and when there were issues with my order they resolved them. I feel they don’t deserve a 3.4. Seems like a few isolated incidents brought their score down.

Ordered pizza with extra sauce! Cut into 16 pieces each pizza.. .. well done ! GOT NONE IF THESE, but pepperoni! Called they said they would come get pizza and refund the only the uneaten ones.. no bringing the correct order and picking up wrong one! NO SAUCE! Ordered extra.. not well done! Not cut for the kids!I am feeding children, you want me to return the pizza with no pizza left in return!

I’ve ordered from this spot and the flavors are there. Not a NY style place but truly enjoy the flavors of their sauce and cheese. Their buffalo waffle cheese fries are also good.
Pizza was dry. I did not like the rolls on the sub. And I asked for condiments on the subs and they want as I ordered.

Call to place an order and was not serviced because they said I was out of delivery zone referred me to a different location which I called that location, I was told the same thing. I called three different locations and was told they would not delivered to my house even though I lived 10 to 15 minutes away from EACH location. Workers was very disrespectful. Very rude. Hung up the phone on me and refused to service me. I will never ever ever in my life order from Pats ever again. Do not waste your time or your money at this location very horrible. Zero stars if I could give it that.

The last two orders have been fantastic with both deliveries being under 30 minutes. The pizza's were hot and cooked just right. It's a big change from how the place used to be several years ago.
