Depends on who’s answering the phone but the salad ceaser to be exact is always on point however the prices is always different I order the same salad every single time and today the “owner/manager” gets on the phone hollering about they never charge me for this and that which is a lie bc when the salad comes the receipt is present as well ..just to for fyi the salad is 12.95 but with xparm add eggs and tomato with two x dressing you not gone charge me $21 like come on that’s a big gap and it doesn’t even have chicken …killing me

Have been ordering from the Lancaster Pike location for years. The food is always fresh and tasty, with generous portions. I’ve placed frequent large orders for work meetings at Chestnut Run... items were delivered quickly and orders were accurate. The owner is usually on-site and has always been very friendly and appreciative of customers.

Hit and miss. Something's are good. Subs are horrible.
Worst place to order from. 3 chicken finger platters with only 1 sauce and that's only half filled. Fries are soggy and cold. And with an hour and a half wait. With so many other places to order from never order from here.

so I ordered my food online I got a large pizza with a 2lt ginger ale for pick up. when I get there they didn't have any ginger ale's available so they refunded me for the soda. I went to my car and checked the receipt to find out the dollar amount didn't change so I took the pizza back to get a full refund. they were very upset because I wanted a full refund and the person to give me the refund was upset that I wouldn't take 2 20oz ginger ale's to replace the 2ltr. He said that's why he doesn't like doing business with "you people".... Racist statement. They will never get my business again and I've been order from them for Over 20 yrs. The people inside are racist.

I ordered here after about 6 months of not ordering. I guess they don't want me as a customer, I used to order pretty regularly me and my uncle and aunt. So today I order a Party Pizza, I ask for extra cheese and sause and pizza Well Done! It came soggy as heck, crust white. How can you have the name Pizza in title and cannot make a simple cheese pizza?? They must not like making money.
