Pat’s is okay. Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either. Their pizza is cheap so thats good. I personally don’t care for their pizza but my 10 year olds enjoy it. So I buy for them. If you never had pats - try it. As I see in my household some enjoy it, some dont. Oh and as far as atmosphere this is not the place to hangout. There is no stay here and enjoy your pizza vibes. It is clean though. Definitely a take out joint. The people are nice and friendly too!

Customer service alone is 5 stars. I ordered my pizza For Dine In. They delivered to my table. I looked at the pizza and didn’t like it but I said “it’s pizza. Just eat it”. And I couldn’t. I returned to the desk and said I wasn’t pleased. The pizza was over cooked. They immediately fixed me two larger cheesier slices and again delivered to my booth. I appreciate how they handled my dissatisfaction. Oh and the pizza was good! Slices so big I had to finish at home.

Kim is phenomenal and treats customers exceptional. The crew who cooks excellent.
But franchise needs New York style pizza as well.
Then it will rock.

Love Pats. I grew up on them, specifically the one on Marrows Road in Newark. Love to see the recipe for goodness is the same between all the stores because every time I order from this location theyre so good too! Ask for Brandon specifically if you want the best made pizza too!

The only Pat's we go to when we want pizza, or wraps, or cheesesteaks, or rustic sandwiches. Food is always good. The breaded wings are small but tasty. Kim is nice. Even when they mess up, the mistakes are easy to overlook. We called in an order for a large sausage, and a slice of pepperoni. They made one large pizza with 1 slice being pepperoni. It was delicious and we had a good laugh.

I rate it a 4 because there is room for improvement and feel it's usually a staff issue. Not everyone takes pride in everything they do. Food is tasty but when getting delivery, I would say sometimes a bit late making it not as hot as I would expect or like.

Ordered a provolone cheese steak fried onions and mushrooms. The cheese steak was definitely edible (I was really hungry) but wow was the steak was over cooked and not much fat content in the cut of steak used, which made this very bland and dry. The saving grace on the sandwich was the toppings. The roll was standard so if you like it soft you will like the bread. This is not a competitive steak.Otherwise, the place was immaculately clean, the woman who took my order on the phone was polite and professional. The lunch specials looked reasonable.

This Pat's location is wonderful, staff is efficient and kind. I do mostly take-out, order is always right and hot. Definitely recommend for pizza, cheesesteaks, pasta.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's flat all the way into the restaurant.
