Pat’s is okay. Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either. Their pizza is cheap so thats good. I personally don’t care for their pizza but my 10 year olds enjoy it. So I buy for them. If you never had pats - try it. As I see in my household some enjoy it, some dont. Oh and as far as atmosphere this is not the place to hangout. There is no stay here and enjoy your pizza vibes. It is clean though. Definitely a take out joint. The people are nice and friendly...

Customer service alone is 5 stars. I ordered my pizza For Dine In. They delivered to my table. I looked at the pizza and didn’t like it but I said “it’s pizza. Just eat it”. And I couldn’t. I returned to the desk and said I wasn’t pleased. The pizza was over cooked. They immediately fixed me two larger cheesier slices and again delivered to my booth. I appreciate how they handled my dissatisfaction. Oh and the pizza was good! Slices so big I had to finish at home.

Love Pats. I grew up on them, specifically the one on Marrows Road in Newark. Love to see the recipe for goodness is the same between all the stores because every time I order from this location theyre so good too! Ask for Brandon specifically if you want the best made pizza too!
