I ordered 6 wings and every wing had feathers on it! I called and asked was that protocol and I was told no. I returned to the store with the wings to show the manager and the only thing he did was give me a refund that I NEVER ASKED for! I worked 10hrs and just needed something to eat now I have to find something else! I will not be returning because I don’t know if the food is being held properly.

Called the store, let them know , was promised a call back ... pd. $41.00 plus an additional $13.00 plus in fees for for food not eaten and poorly delivered . $55.00 total for what??? B McKinney

I have always ordered threw Pete’s for years sense I’ve lived in Delaware. Tonight I go and order for my mom my fiance and me which I’m pregnant btw. They telll me they won’t take cash over 70$ but yet I’m still paying. I even said I’d come n pick it up but all because an order is over 70$ they won’t take cash at all. I asked to talk to a manager to figure this out and still no call from them. It’s ashamed there going down hill because I would always recommend people to them. I’m disappointed in this place now I won’t order from them again. It’s also sad how the lady who answers gives you issues while your trying to figure stuff out. Who doesn’t do cash anymore for pick ups. No pizza place does that and it’s wrong. And last time we ordered from here they burnt our food and we called about it and complained and they didn’t do anything about it. Disappointed in them I swear like I said before won’t order here again.

I’ve been a regular customer since I moved to Delaware, ordering from this place every week with my pregnant wife. Today I ordered a cheesesteak and a Pepsi Zero, and they sent me an expired soda — again. This has happened before, so I checked the date right away when the food arrived.
When I called to let them know, the manager apologized but said I still had to pay for the expired soda because it was a cash-on-delivery order. That makes no sense — why should I pay for something they shouldn’t have sent in the first place? She kept repeating that I had to pay for it, and wouldn’t make it right until I told her to cancel the whole order.
As someone who’s supported this restaurant week after week, I expected basic respect and responsibility. Sadly, I won’t be ordering again.

They were doing pretty ok, until I ordered WHITE PIZZA which has no sauce. When I got to my pizza it was a regular pizza with plenty of sauce. I couldn't even eat it because of my acid reflux, hence why I ordered white pizza... I will be checking my order immediately once I receive it or shopping somewhere else.

Half the staff just stand around and watch TV help around the store lazy people people ordering they food and like two people actually working owner need to retain staff or fire . Female staff worst RUDE as hell always have been. And store not suppose to charge card fee that fee is paid by the business not the customer know y'all facts.
