Warning………….. I walked in 1 hour before closing to find the cashier sweeping and mopping with all the pretzels laying out on top of a nearby counter, not in the warmer but out in the open while openly cleaning? Then she stopped and asked me what I wanted, to which I said “pretzels please”. She put the mop down and proceeded to get the pretzels without washing her hands. I was shocked and asked her “aren’t you going to wash your hands?” So I just left! The other employees were in the back of the store…. Why would they leave the food on the counter and clean around it and not wash their hands? Somebody’s going to get really sick! Disgusting! I hope they change their unsanitary habits!

On a visit to Philly, this place delivered the best Philly soft pretzels I tried. And the price was insane -- 100 pretzels for $60. Which is a crazy good deal if you see people are selling pretzels for $8 per pretzel at the airport, etc.

Ordered two weeks ahead and had to wait for over 30 minutes in a line. Then they asked for those who didn't order to go ahead of those waiting for order. Terrible won't be back.

What a great system they had todsy for ALL the S.B orders everything seemed to run smooth . Ordered my tray on Wednesday, I waited in line and when my turn was up I gave the young lady time for pickup and it was in my hands within 3 minutes..congrats to the Nathan's Road store and team members

Stopped in here today to grab some freshly made hot saleted pretzels. Boy, they did not disappoint. The pretzels were perfect. They stayed hot for a while and were delicious. Prices were very reasonable. Can't wait to go back.

Couple months back my wife had an online order that wasnt ready and 20 minutes late. Today I had an online order to pickup at 10:05. Got there on time, wasn't ready until 10:22. Also didn't fit in container properly.
