Placed an order on door dash, since the manager was out the cook or someone decided to take the special instructions off for everything on the menu. I ended up having to get a plain cheese steak and got the shrimp basket and found only seven shrimp with Fry's for sixteen bucks that two bucks a shrimp. This kind of service is not acceptable.

Well, I used to order from here all the time. However, I ordered two days before Christmas Eve on a Friday approximately 5 o’clock when the gentleman came he had the pizza out of the hot box never seen the hot box at all my pieces cold he didn’t have the correct change, I called the store. The manager dropped the F bomb on me saying that they’re busy and traffic that’s not professional. I will not be coming back here again. This is very very sad. I will spread the word about the poor service and the disrespect that they have for their customers

Used to go here all the time and then the original owner sold to new owners. The food has been pretty good since then when you go for pick up delivery is another issue. I recently ordered on Grubhub to try and save some money from the delivery fees since I had GrubHub plus. I got an email from the restaurant that my order which was $19 increased another three dollars and it was marked as “an additional charge due to order change”. I called the restaurant and he said the prices went up. However, I did not agree to pay the higher price of the food. If his prices aren’t right, then he needs to contact GrubHub and correct the problem with GrubHub. While I was trying to talk to the individual about the price issue, he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I’ve done business with this place for over 20 years, and I will never ever go back. There are plenty other mom and pop shops that can use my money.

I don’t hold the highest expectations for pizza places like this one to make a good sub, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. The meat was anything but what an Italian sub typically has on it. The flavor was really bad. I would say save your time and money and go somewhere that makes an actually sub.
