Pizzeria Bardea is great! It’s our go to spot! We LOVE the original Detroit square tomato pie! The pizza is so fluffy and airy! The ingredients are always fresh and made to order! Eric provides FABULOUS customer service, very professional and kind! Truly cares about the customer and quality of the food. Super accommodating with any special requests (such as no grated cheese or oregano) Highly recommended! Worth the visit :)
Got their Detroit style meatball pizza and I honestly think it was the best thick crust pizza I've ever had in my life and in my top 3 best pizzas overall of all time. It certainly was my first Detroit style pizza, which is kind of sad because I'm from MI!
The crust was perfection. The bottom was perfectly crispy with that baked on cheese along the sides and the inside was pillowy with an almost sponge-like consistency (in the best possible way!)....

We had a little bit of a snag with our first attempt to try the Spicy Honey pizza. First, the order was cancelled because the delivery driver picked up the wrong pizza. Then we placed a new order to pick up but we’re also given the wrong pizza. HOWEVER, the pizza we did get was still the best pizza we ever had, and the restaurant gave us a full refund.
