Stumbled upon this spot while working in DE from Philly and because I was craving poke. Will literally never go to another restaurant any time I’m in Wilmington or nearby.
Fish is fresh, ingredients are fresh, and there’s a ton of flexibility in combining them to your liking. For poke, I’d gladly venture out of Philly just for this.

This is my favorite poke shop in northern Delaware. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I love their seafood and sauce options. I almost always opt for BBQ Eel and Tuna (either Ahi or Spicy). They're sauces are amazing as well. I recently tried the Garlic Black Pepper sauce and was blown away! I topped my bowl with a spicy mayo sauce. They also have a ton of great ingredients like Edamame, Corn, Avocado, pickled Ginger, Pickled radish, etc. If you're in the area, I'd recommend stopping by and giving it a shot. You will not be disappointed!

You can have up to 20 free sides with your order so say you want 20 eggs you can hit your protein goal just like that. And since you can have so many sides on top of the main food, it easily fills you up. Their eel sauce is phenomenal I would recommend using that. The only problem is that their sitting area is quite quaint.
