I am so disappointed with this place as it has gotten worse n worse. I paid $20 for nothing - I did a bowl without rice n just salad but they couldn’t even be bothered to fill the bowl with salad and the bowl looked so empty. The bowl looked more like a mini bowl.

If you like sushi and also enjoy Chipotle or El Diablo, you will LOVE this ??️
I would eat 3 bowls a day if I made twice as much as I do and the element mercury didn’t exist ?️
Poke Bros. is quintessential poké.
If you’ve had it once you’ll get the same exact experience here.
Is it healthy? It can be ❤️
Could it be 900+ calories? Absolutely ?
Good staff, great food… I just wish the serving sizes were much bigger!

We ordered two bowls and they managed to put toppings from one bowl into the other and vise versa. Some topping were missing completely. One bowl was a named menu item and the other was a custom bowl. Both bowls were drenched in the sauces chosen that every bite was more salty-sauce flavor than variety of flavors that you’d expect from a poke bowl.

Always delicious, but this location is hella stingy. Bowls were less than half full.

Update: reached out to them on Facebook like their responses recommend, and have not gotten a single response. We are now in the negative stars, folks.

Ordered through the Poke Bros app. Went in, grabbed the order, and ran back out. It was ready fairly quickly. I saw some other reviews about the toppings not being available for all the bowls, which I don't understand. When ordering through the app, the Johnny Utah had the option to add crunchy toppings but the High Tide didn't give you the option. Not sure why, but found that disappointing. Never had an issue with this when ordering elsewhere.

Once I was home, my sister and I unpacked our meals. I've been to many Poke Bros locations and usually have a good experience, but when we saw the food we were immediately frustrated. The bowls we ordered (Johnny Utah & High Tide) were not even filled. Looked like a half portion of everything, and it was easily 1/2 the size of the bowls served in Newark. The shrimp on the High Tide also had multiple raw / weird textured pieces mixed in with it which was unpleasant. Pineapple tasted sour like it had spoiled.

In addition to this, I paid $4 extra for salmon to be added to my bowl, and it was not added to my meal. I tried calling multiple times to ask for a refund for the missing item, but their phone only rings twice and then disconnects. Super disappointed by this and won't be going back. $34.25 for the small portions and missing items is wild.

This place is solid for Poke bowls. Everything is as fresh and tasty. Recommended and will continue to frequent for lunch.
