This store took all the food that door dash gave a promotion on off of the menu! That's utterly ridiculous! Why offer the promotion when your not willing to hold your end of the bargain? You've just lost a frequent shopper. Bye bye Popeyes.

This Popeyes has the rudest nastiest employees ever ! The lady who takes the order and answered the phone has no idea how to provide good customer service let alone speak like she has some sense ! I ordered on DoorDash and because they put whatever they want in your bag I called them and explained what I want and they still gave me wrong items . They don’t care and that’s not acceptable especially if people are paying their hard earned money. Disgusting and I will also be contacting corporate.

Let me start off by saying I never write reviews but tonight drive thru experience was horrible. I ordered a lg Mac and cheese and I got 3 small Mac and cheese with a little bit in each container. When I confronted the cashier about it .. she was very rude and said that they have no more lrg containers and they only put one scoop in the small containers...smh for 7.99...... not again!!

Gotta be the driest, coldest chicken and in Wilmington . Worst representation of Louisiana fried chicken . No condiments my drink was filled with ice it was a Diet Coke while I had asked for a Dr Pepper and also I got no napkins or straws .They gave me a small when I had ordered a Medium . Don't waste your money here .
