Very disappointed in how the manager made me feel when she questioned the validity of my complaint after I showed her the piece of hard plastic, almost the size of a nickel, that my wife found in her tuna sandwich. She couldn’t issue a partial refund, and didn’t want to refund the full amount of $37.99, so I had to settle for $15 gift card. She offered no apology and couldn’t care less about what happened.

I bought a loaf of there amazing rye bread on Saturday and by Sunday evening it had grown fuzzy grey mold all over the bottom.
When I called to ask about it they didn’t seem to care.
Shame they don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Got lunch paid for at work so we ordered sandwiches. We went to pike creek location. I ordered the Dalmatian. While the roast beef was perfectly cooked I have to say the baguette the sandwich was on was stale. It ruined the whole sandwich. It was chewy and I’ve gotten better from acme. For the price that was charged.. let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t pay for it. My coworker said hers was stale as well.

This has gone so far downhill since they first opened. They were once the best place for a catered lunch. The quality of the food was outstanding, the professionalism was first rate and incredibly organized. You could always count on PureBread to deliver....but unfortunately that has all changed. Not sure what happened but I'll be looking for a new go to place for my business catering.
