THE BESTTTT Soul food in Delaware and I’m picky about food born and raised from California but lemme tell you this food is well seasoned, clean and they not greedy with portions. I got Mac & Cheese Cat fish and Fries. Pictures speak for itself. Good vibes really nice family and people here 🔥🔥🔥🔥💵💖❤️😍

I’m new in town and was craving soul food, so I decided to try Q’s Kitchen for the first time. I ordered wings, mac n cheese, potato salad, and red velvet cake. Unfortunately, when I opened my container, the potato salad was missing—which was disappointing since it was part of what I paid for.
The food I did get was decent: the fried chicken wings were well-cooked and crispy (7/10), the mac and cheese was creamy and delicious (8/10), and the red velvet cake was okay but not outstanding (6/10). Customer service was friendly and eager to help, but the missing item brought down my overall experience.
Since I was already two hours away when I noticed, returning wasn’t an option. Overall, I’d give Q’s Kitchen 3 out of 5 stars. A little more attention to order accuracy would have made this a much better experience.

I wish I could give then zero stars for customer service. Running a restaurant is also considered with good customer service. I do plenty of reviews on restaurants, I arrived to the location and it appears closed which is OK. But when I asked if they are closed no one responded after asking 3 times and the one guy started singing a song saying tomorrow. Very unprofessional. I see why this place got so many zero stars. I must get a food review so it's my business to try the food very soon.Stay tune.

Horrible customer service. I stood there about 10 min before anyone asked me anything. Didn't bother ordering
My first time there, I ordered a catfish, collard greens, yams and mac and cheese.
Fish was fried too hard. The yams was not sweet at all. The collard greens salty. I was very disappointed in that meal. Maybe something else would tasted better.
Their sweet potatoes just was not the best I have had better. Their greens were very delicious. Very good. The fried chicken was very, very good. The macaroni and cheese was excellent, but just too heavy on the pepper. I don’t know who is making their macaroni and cheese, but they need to go a little light on the pepper

I like the soul food. My only wish is that they use Less salt. Otherwise food is good.
The place is too dirty inside and out! They should make sure the front of their business looks clean and modern! It makes the block look poor! It’s not sanitary at all!
I will never order again !!!!
I swear it never fails. Any black owned food restaurant that comes to Wilmington is always the laziest, most unprofessional place you will ever visit. This place is never open on time. They never answer the phone. The line is out the door they open up at 2pm!!!!!!! YOUR IN DOWNTOWN WILMINGTON!!! WHY WOULDN'T YOU WANNA GET CORPORATE MONEY? WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO BUSINESS SCHOOL BECAUSE THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, THEY WON'T BE HERE NEXT YEAR!!!
