QDOBA Mexican Eats

Found this when going to eat my burrito. Also, the burrito was spicy but no taste? How is that possible? Really surprised because Qdoba always had great food.

The atmosphere is very inviting. I feel like i can come in here everyday without feeling judged for how much i come here. The front crew are very kind, very helpful, always greeting me with a smile and not to mention the beautiful scenery where you can eat. Great place to eat. Ate here since i was a kid. Love it.

I really enjoyed the food and the staff were really nice to me throughout my order. They even asked if what i wanted was enough or if I wanted a little more. Overall, the store is really great, and I recommend it.

Just got spicy queso and guac and chips now I'm sick as a dog throwing and and diarrhea and cramps I feel terrible and that's all I had to eat so I know that's what it was smh never again 🤢🤮 and last time i was here before this staff was very rude I won't be back

I placed the order on January 4 on you guys‘s website for a delivery and my order came through DoorDash and they bought me the wrong food from might I add from honey grow not QDOBA now I wouldn’t be leaving a review due to the fact of this being DoorDash fault however this is the second time I order food on you guys’s website and you’ll send DoorDash to deliver the food and it’s not even from the correct place Now I have tried to call that day on the fourth. No one answers the phone. I even just tried to call not even five minutes ago three times no one answered the phone so at this point only time I will ever eat Qdoba is if I physically walk inside.

Not sure what has changed with the management, but I walked in today and it’s the cleanest it’s ever been. Customer service is phenomenal . The young lady that rang me up Johanna very nice, and there is a few other gentlemen here that were nice too. They greeted me as soon as I came in. I will definitely make this my store and come back often.

I will never order from here again. The manager made excuses for the in complete order. No courtesy extended at all. I had a veggie burrito withe beans cheese and roasted tomato.
