The “katsu” is not katsu, and the bun is the worst I’ve ever had. They give you the bao ingredients and have you assemble the sandwich yourself. The ramen is just above lukewarm and the portions are small for what you pay for and what is expected for ramen, even in the US. And the server wouldn’t answer even one question, just cut me off.

Let's just say I have never had luke warm ramen before til I went to this place. My husband's Ramen was worse! It was cold!! Noodles were over boiled and they ruined the texture of them. Chashu pork was very bland and rubbery. I give one star for the soy sauce flavored half boiled egg. I will not go back this place.

I have been watching Ramen videos on YouTube for the better part of a month, and when I express how desperately I've been craving a good Ramen, I express no hyperbole.I do not state this lightly, this Ramen not only satiated my craving, but it knocked me socks....OFF! I have no socks on anymore. I fighting off the urge to steal the rest of my wife's bowl as I type this. I will be returning again, and again! I loved loved loved it.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like the dish or the price point for what you get. Small portion, and the taste was very bland. I’m also not used to spending this much on ramen.Side note - you order and pay at a kiosk which asks you to add a tip. Really sick of seeing this. Pay your workers more and stop asking for the consumers to subsidize their pay.
The broth is as plain as just water with salt. Even the speedy noddles bought from Costco better than this. I doubt the chief knows what real ramen looks and tastes like.It will be miracles if this store last longer than 3 months

Bubble tea was still powdery from the mix. There were also hard sugar crystals in the bubble tea. The tapioca bubbles undercooked and hard. The tofu and egg were cold in the veggie ramen. The broth couldn't even be considered warm. It is a brand new option at Deco and definitely needs some work before they start serving food. I don't like writing negative reviews like this but I believe they need some feedback on what is going wrong so they can improve.
