These ladies tonight were IMPECABLE! The way they acknowledged my granddaughter was amazing. She wanted pink sprinkles only on her ice cream, the young lady helping her decide was the greatest, no pink sprinkles could have turned into a catastrophe, this young lady talked her into rainbow sprinkles with pink and purple gummy bears! This is service...going a bit out of their way, making it fun for the kids! We will definetly be back and spreading the word about your staff!! Oh the ice cream was loved! Water ice too!

Good ice cream but that’s where it ends. Scoops are very inconsistent, I can’t figure out the use of the gloves some wear one the others wear two. The ones who wear one hold your cone in their bare hand and scoop with the other. Last night the one girl working was wiping her nose on the back of her hand and sleeve. For $3.75 a scoop I would expect consistency and cleanliness.

Went for icecream with family. We got sundae, 2 scoops of icecream and beer float. All were ok. Nothing special. Will try their shakes next time.

I had ordered the brownie sundae and the gelati. It was so good everything got to me un melted. Ordered off of DoorDash took about 40 minutes to arrive and everything was still solid and brownie was soft and warm. My new favorite dessert place

I had been here once before but really didn't know much about them. They've been around for quite a few years at this point and it looks like the restaurant across the sidewalk Valle Cucina is the owner. That's based off of Reno's Facebook page and the restaurant's email is listed. Sadly, there's not too much on their website. The staff was super awesome. I was wearing a mask and they still talked to me. There so many places you go to if you wear a mask people act like you don't even exist. I mean at least say hello? The all female staff here tonight was phenomenal. Professional and attentive. I appreciate that they don't use styrofoam. Although I have never seen pint in plastic Chinese takeout things you have to save money where you can. Maybe they use these are takeout containers at their restaurant? All in all I will totally be back.... probably for a milkahake.

The ice cream was very good & the girl scooping was very pleasant & patient. However, we asked if they had a pup cup & she said yes. She gave us one & we left the store. After getting home & looking at my receipt I noticed we were charged $2 for the pup cup. It was the smallest amount of whipped cream ever & had no idea we were being charged. Had I known, I would have declined. There were no signs about a pup cup & she did not inform us there would be an additional $2 charge. After what seemed to be a good experience I will say I am now disappointed & left with a bad taste in my mouth.
