Owner not at all friendly just wants your money . He really acts like he doesn't have time for anyone. Some staff is unprofessional as well. Can't wait till Bernie water ice is open.

The guy messed up pretty much our entire order. Ordered 3 things he messed up 2 of those. It was packed so obviously we weren't gonna sit there and wait with ravenous customers ahead and behind us....oh well, first Ritas visit of the season and they screwed the pooch kinda hard on this one.

If Rita’s is looking for someone to show/train other Rita’s how it’s done this Rita’s is it. Chris(manager) is amazing. If you have a flavor that’s not on the list, he’ll make it. If it’s not in stock, he’ll go get it from another Rita’s, even if you tell him not to worry about it. The online list of flavors is on the website faithfully everyday which is nice because I don’t have to call and bug them. Always clean, napkins stocked, trash empty, and plenty of workers to take your order. You can’t go wrong with this Rita’s. Customer service is beyond. Thank you for all you do Chris! We appreciate it!

The prices are way too high! A small Gelato and a baby cup (asked for half the amount) with sprinkles was $9.45!

Easy parking (has its own lot). Plenty of flavors for both the custard and the Italian ice. We got the "gelati" with lemon Italian ice and vanilla custard. The Italian ice was so, good! The are little pieces of lemon in the shaved ice, which was super nice! The custard was nice and creamy. We did get very bitten by mosquitos while waiting and while having our Italian ice outside though.
