I love Rita's but I can't give five stars because I very specifically ordered my daughter's Concrete with peanut butter cups, peanut butter sauce, and chocolate chips. Despite the order being repeated back to me, I got home and discovered hot fudge had been put into her Concrete, which she doesn't care for.

Guy made a mess of my cup then wanted to argue what I wanted. Like I work here and know how every item menu is made. Asked for a large. Was told there's no such thing.

Excellent ice-cream experience!
The staff was attentive, pleasurable and professional. The water-ice, 1 Gallon of Mango, 1 quart Lemon & 2 quarts Root beer, were all as good as ever. A local FM radio station was setting up a prize wheel, sandbag toss and ring toss games, for a soon to start event. Rita's Water-Ice locations are well positioned, clean and easily accessible.Enjoy!
