Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

It was great!! I couldn't decide between Black Cherry and Mango Pineapple so the young girl taking my order let me taste the mango/Pineapple. That is what I went with. She had a great smile and felt like my patronage was genuinely appreciated. I will go back. Great customer service is very important to me. It seems to be a lost art. I was there today 5/16 around 6pm. Let her know her excellent customer service didn't go unnoticed.

I love Rita’s but some workers are very rude. I went in today @6pm and I paid for my order just to be yelled at across the parking lot by customers that I never paid for my order when it was an error on her side she should’ve checked before assuming and telling them to yell across a parking lot. Terrible and embarrassing.

Me and my boyfriend got there at 845 pm and the location closed at 9pm. When we walked up to the window, the young girl with black hair in pigtails loudly huffed then takes our order , she goes to her guy co worker with an Afro walk up and they laugh and talk about us WHILE WE STOOD RIGHT THERE. Then her co worker walked up to us and asked if we wanted to order anything else in the second we started talking. He walked away and laughed and said he wasn’t going to get us anything. Then when she came back to ask us if we needed another item, I told her yes, she angrily stepped back huff and shock her fists as if she was trying to hold her self back. We told them we needed nothing else and went to pay and her male coworker walks up again and asked if we need anything else after we said no obviously laughing and making fun of us. I’ve never gotten such bad customer service had to read this before and honestly, this was disgusting. These kids shouldn’t be in customer service jobs acting that way towards anybody.

My experience on 3/26 @8:45 pm (15 minutes before close) Was anything but nice they filled my girlfriends cup halfway and the employees, (especially the girl with the star on her face and the black ponytails) were getting frustrated every time we said we needed something else, then as when we were checking out the boy who was working with her(the boy with the Afro) came over and asked if we needed anything (only trying to frustrate his coworker) but walked away the second I started talking. After checking out I told the little girl that she probably shouldn’t be working in customer service, and she yelled back that I came in ten minutes before closing. YOURE OPEN RIGHT?

Delicious ice creams, although there is no place to enjoy them.

I love Rita's but I can't give five stars because I very specifically ordered my daughter's Concrete with peanut butter cups, peanut butter sauce, and chocolate chips. Despite the order being repeated back to me, I got home and discovered hot fudge had been put into her Concrete, which she doesn't care for.

Guy made a mess of my cup then wanted to argue what I wanted. Like I work here and know how every item menu is made. Asked for a large. Was told there's no such thing.
