Our server was amazing. So accommodating, kind, and attentive. The food was fabulous. My wife said the loaded potato soup was the 2nd best soup she ever had. There was a lobster bisque in Salem Massachusetts that will always be the leader. It is a hiddden gem and locals are missing out.

Excellent service, food was surprisingly good, dining room was nicely set up...just not a lot of people there so felt “empty”.

I came to the restaurant last minute before close and was greeted by Amanda. I felt so bad coming at the last minute but Amanda’s energy was AMAZING and so inviting. She kept good energy the entire time, very attentive to everything I needed, and was honestly the sweetest server I’ve had in a LONG time. Even with the kitchen about to close, my food was cooked exactly how I asked and tasted great. Amanda made this experience great for me. She truly did her thing!

Table was so sticky. Restaurant was mostly empty. Door left open on a hot, humid day. Food was just okay - Brussels sprouts were heavily overseasoned and caprese sandwich bread was quite burned. Staff was kind.

The wings were not flavorful.... Definitely didn't taste like honey nor bbq.. the lump crab egg rolls... I can't even say they were disgusting but they had NO seasoning whatsoever so ever. No salt, pepper, garlic, NOTHING! The pineapple rice was AMAZING!!! I loved it!! The broccolini was good and the salmon was alright... didn't like the super sou sauce taste..: not really teriyaki

I would give the food one star, but my family enjoyed theirs. The chef was heavy handed on the salt which made some things inedible.

Hostess and waitress were beyond excellent. Friendly and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed both women. The restaurant was empty except for 3 other dinners. Menu posted online was different, I was hoping for a smash burger. The crab and corn bisque was very good. I sat in a booth and felt like my chin was on the table I would necessarily return

We stayed at the Westin for a family wedding. We needed a quick place to eat for lunch. The food was superb! We returned for breakfast the next morning. Again. Food was great! The wait staff were the best! Friendly, funny and efficient. Highly recommend!

Finally! I made it to the River Rock Kitchen which is located inside the spotlessly clean and beautiful Westin Hotel.

Once my best friend and I dined at the bistro, we were welcomed by two female staff members. Good customer service is appreciated very much.

We weren't too hungry so we ordered a large bowl of their crispy and well-seasoned fries and beverages. We came during lunchtime. The prices are reasonable and the restrooms are simply immaculate and contemporary. I was impressed.

This is a great place for a good meal with indoor and outdoor seating. I hope to return soon to explore more tasty items off their menu! Recommended.

Visited River Rock Kitchen on a surprisingly busy Tuesday night—turns out the convention center nearby was hosting an event. The restaurant is divided into different lounge areas, each with its own dedicated staff. On our side, there was only one person managing the entire lounge. She handled everything from bartending to taking orders, serving food and drinks, and even cleaning up tables. Honestly, she did the work of three people and never missed a beat. Major props to her professionalism and grace under pressure. The food itself was solid—flavorful and served in generous portions. That said, the pricing felt a bit on the higher end for what we got. Still, considering the quality and the atmosphere, it was overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely go back, especially if they added a little more staff support. That one woman was a powerhouse, but no one should have to juggle all of that alone!

Our family's time was awful. It wasn't the waitress's fault- there was some huge gala at the hotel and they were short staffed. But if the couldn't handle guests then the they should of just closed the restaurant. We waited 20 mins for water and menus another 30 to order; 45 mins for terrible drinks, and another 40 for mediocre food that we put in when we ordered the drinks to make it easier. Steak was burnt, pasta was nasty. Spent around $150 and will never come back. 👍 we should have left after the drinks but felt it would of been disrespectful to the waitress since she already took our order. Again, never going back and would advise others never to try as well. There are better experiences in riverfront your money with better views.
