Ordered a large oxtail. The expectation is that you get more oxtail in large than a smaller size. Its filled with sides. Not worth the price. Something is wrong with the cabbage today. It has terrible taste.

Rum Punch Restaurant is definitely a spot worth visiting! We did take away. The jerk chicken was amazing, full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. The steamed vegetables were cooked to perfection, still fresh and vibrant, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting. I also loved the plantains, sweet and fried just right, and the fried chicken was seasoned perfectly with a crispy finish.
A must-try is their beef patties with coco bread, a classic combo that’s a staple at any meal. On top of the great food, the customer service was warm and welcoming, which really made the experience even better. I also appreciate that they’re open on Sundays, sometimes I just don’t feel like cooking, and it’s nice to have a good option available. The prices are a bit steep.
The only downside was the indoor décor, which could use a little facelift to match the quality of the food and service.

I ordered a large platter, and the person over the phone repeated my correct order when I told it to him. When I arrived, they told me I ordered a medium, and I corrected them and said I ordered a large. Instead of correcting my order, the lady charged me, and the guy just walked away, saying sorry, but it’s a medium.

The food was OK , Portion sizes were HUGE so that’s what carried this review. I expected a little more flavor , the cabbage was not cooked at all , extremely crunchy ! Avoid getting the cabbage unless you enjoy it crunchy! Due to the large portions compared to other Jamaican restaurants, I will be back!

I purchased food from here and I was with my son who is 7 years old he was reading the menu and they have a wing flavor at the top of the menu called CRACK. I think this is very unprofessional and disrespectful to have a drug that has destroyed our community listed as a wing flavor. I will not return there until I find out CRACk is not longer part of their flavor selection. I know it's not real crack but wow very bad for our community the owners should be ashamed of themselves

I got the oxtail platter with white rice Mac an a side of yams. I’m highly disappointed because the pricing is not matching the food quality. The Mac and cheese were extremely dry. The oxtails had no taste whatsoever just very bland. The yams taste like they just cooked them and sprinkled a lot of cinnamon on top. The only thing that was decent was the rice oh and they gave about five big pieces of oxtails so yea. I don’t like giving bad reviews but there was no effort put into this dish.
