I've been to this Saladworks location 4 times in the past month. The food portions are wrong. I always pay $2.00 for an extra serving of chicken yet they skimp so I don't get what I paid for. Also I'm relying on the calorie information on the menu so the employees should be measuring the dressing, not eyeballing it. If i get the medium dressing amount, my salad shouldn't be drenched with a pool of dressing at the bottom. The staff needs retraining. There is a girl there that is awkward and doesn't look at you while ordering and was on her phone 2 different times while we're waiting. She is ending her phone call with the gloves on which defeats the purpose of the gloves. Other times, employees are having very loud conversations about nonsense which is annoying. They can chat when the line isn't long. At this point, I'll just make the salad at home.

The food was nice, but the service is terrible. A bunch of kids sitting around watching Deadpool rather than making food I ordered 20 minutes before I came in, which was simply a salad and soup. (I was the only person there aside from the workers). They no longer have the lobster bisque, which is fine. But the website needs to be updated because they wouldn't even give me a refund for it after giving me an attitude about not being able to give me a refund. Terrible service, and the kids who work there simply don't care about anything. I wish I could refund my tip, so much for being generous.Make the trip and go to the other Saladworks.

Absolutely love the food here, but getting the food is the problem even ordering ahead of time. It's not worth it. You end up going in and waiting another half hour to still get your food. The lines are long the workers are slow and Have no sense Of urgency to even wait on the customers coming to pick up their orders. Probably based on the fact they know that they did not complete them. Need to either hire more people or not guarantee any wait times I'm in the process of waiting for a refund on a order. Not sure if this is going to go through as it should.

Could be the worst salad works I’ve been to. Might as well take the extra trip up to 202.

I went in after my doctor's appointment just around the corner because he told me to eat something. I walked in to the restaurant with no one there but the employee and her boss on 2/02/24 at 320pm. The employee was so kind and sorta professional. The manager was at the register on her phone said nothing to me I asked if I could pay now without talking to me she asked the employee did I get a large soup and rang up the soup and rice crispy treat then walked away and started talking about her "baby dad" and one of the male employees. I kept trying to use my card but nothing was happening so I just was talking to myself saying that I don't understand she stopped talking and was like it's asking if you want to tip. I kindly suggested that I guess I was supposed to know that she kept talking to the employee while she is doing her job asking me what do I need and how do I want things. At the end the manager said she didn't charge me for the sandwich I was so confused because I ordered with the employee but she rang me up like she already knew what I was ordering. She proceeded to keep talking and cussing about her personal life and the employee joined in. I would not be coming back I recommend unless you like that type of customer service try the one on concord pike instead.

They left out items that I paid for and the lobster bisque was sour and not safe to eat. I have never experienced sour or rotting food from any salad works every. Highly disappointed and won’t be going back. I tried to call for for the past 20 minutes and the store is not answering.

love it here, but today the supervisor was very rude. i work in the service industry so i tried to make my order easy... caesar salad but substitute egg for noodles. easy enough and they can ring it up however they want. but she was rude to me about how i ordered it and corrected me several times about how i should have said "create your own salad". the staff there is always lovely and i honestly feel bad that she is in charge. just wanted to stick up for them because she seemed angry that they have possibly not charged me for "extra toppings" in the past. i would never care about being charged an extra 1.50 but it was so uncomfortable :(

I have been going to this Saladworks fir 1 year exactly. I go at least weekly. Always fresh and people friendly and helpful. I read some of the poor reviews and could not believe them. Not my experience at all.Parking: Shopping Center on Kirkwood Hwy. Lots of free parking.

The food is generally good but I wasn't able to get any food today... here's my email to corporate:Good morning,I'm a teacher in Wilmington, DE. This morning I was excited to order from SaladWorks - it's a favorite treat of mine, and I rarely eat out, so I was really looking forward to my Roasted Turkey Club Salad. I have lunch from 11:30-11:50, so at a few minutes before 10, at the end of my planning period, I logged on to your website to order for myself and a colleague. I clicked "order delivery" and chose a delivery time, then placed my food order. When I went to check out, however, I got an error message, so I called the store. This was at about 9:53 am.I knew that the store didn't open until 10, so I was pleased when someone picked up the phone, but when I said, "I'm trying to place an order for delivery..." the person said, "We don't deliver." I was surprised, but I said ok and found a colleague who was willing to go pick up the food.I called again, and I said, "I'd like to place an order for pickup." The same employee (who did not give her name) said "We don't do phone orders for pickup, either." I said, "Well, I can't get the website to take an order," and she said, "maybe that's because we not open yet." I tried again a few minutes after 10, but still couldn't get the website to take the order. I called back, and the same employee said, "I can't help you with the website and I can't take a phone order." I said, "What am I supposed to do?" and she said I should come in, place my order, and wait - which I really can't do in the 20 minutes I have for lunch. So I said I would have to order my food somewhere else.I understand that technical difficulties happen, but it would have been nice if the employee had taken the simple step of writing down an order so that I could go pick it up. As it was, I was unable to buy my lunch from your store - and what's more, being treated rudely makes me hesitant to use SaladWorks again - especially when Panera (which has a functioning online system and pleasant employees) is just a mile farther up the road. I'd recommend some training to teach your employees that if a customer would like to spend money in your store, they should make that possible. It also would be advantageous to make it evident on the website that delivery is not available and not to make that an option when placing an order.Anyway, I hope your day goes well and I look forward to hearing from you.

Service was unhappy at best. I was made to feel like I was not welcome at all. I probably won't be back. I've never felt this way at any other location (Millcreek).

We ordered 5 salads from the mill creek Delaware location. And yet again it was messed up. Order/check # 221020153636361. We stopped ordering from salad works because our orders are never correct. We decided to give it another try. All of our salads came but there is not even 1 dressing . We called the store and we're told yeah that is an ongoing problem but she is too busy to send the dressings out and asked us to come get them. We ordered it for delivery and paid all of the delivery fees because we don't have cars to drive there . It's unacceptable that this continues to happen . $60 down the drain . We will never order from salad works again
