Amazing service. Our server Rachel was so nice and funny. Very attentive. Food was delicious and margaritas were amazing. We will definitely be back!!

Manager was very rude he said we were too loud and people that were actually paying as if we weren’t paying we all paid for food I felt he didn’t like “us” for whatever reason but I for one will never come here again

Service was very friendly and attentive. Bartender was new and margaritas were uneven. Food was off. Empenadas were tired, like they had been sitting in a warmer for a while. I had the carnitas and they have been good in the past but tonight not so much. Tortillas were hard and the plate was missing components. Maybe I caught the kitchen between shifts.

LaLa was incredible! We came for a family lunch (with a 2 yr old) and she was wonderful- so patient and predicted our needs. The food was great, the food/drinks delicious, and the service made our day. Will definitely be back!

Food was good, server must’ve added their own tip to my receipt. I left a cash tip and my charge was larger than the bill. They also charged for the regular taquito instead of the HH price. Disappointed, won’t be going back anytime soon. Take pictures of your receipts no matter what

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Kalani!!! She was so personable, professional and pleasant. On that particular day that I came to Santa Fe it was very busy, but Kalani took her time with each customer. I was truly impressed. Definitely, will be back!!! Santa Fe Rocks!!!!

Food was really good (carnitas burrito), some unique touches. Our server Xavier was friendlier than many servers I've had at other places, and just the right amount of attentive. Will definitely go back.

I had such an amazing experience at Santa Fe Mexican Grill in Wilmington, Delaware, and I honestly have to say our server Samantha was the best I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel comfortable right away and had such a positive, friendly energy that really stood out.

She knew the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations that ended up being absolutely delicious. Our food came out quickly, everything was perfect, and she checked on us at just the right times without ever being overbearing. You can tell she truly cares about her job and about giving customers a great experience.

What impressed me the most was how she handled everything so smoothly, even when it got busy. She stayed calm, professional, and kept a smile on her face the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that.

If you go to Santa Fe Mexican Grill, I highly recommend asking for her—you won’t be disappointed. She made our whole visit memorable, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

I went for the first time for my birthday and honestly I would probably not go back. There was only one server doing it all by himself (shame on management) and honestly he did the best he could. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the menu. My food (steak Mexican street tacos) were inedible due to being super salty. Other items were ok.

The restaurant itself is in a great location but management should be more present and aware about wait times.

Stood at the host stand for over 30 minutes waiting for a DoorDash order. Not one person asked me what I was there for. I had to chase employees around just to ask if the order was complete. The MOD Was Rude and Disrespectful As Hell Needs To be fired immediately
