They never have you order ready on time.i order a pizza at noon, told them I will pick it up at three. Wasn't ready, how much time do they need !!!!

Never had any issues with them delivering to my workplace, we even order multiple times throughout the day and now it was an issue when we are swamped and can't go anywhere due to helping customers at a busy time of year!!

I know I made a good review for Papa Johns pizza BUT THE PIZZA I LIKE THE BEST IS SBARRO PIZZA! THE PROBLEM IS WITH ME AND TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO CHRISTIANA MALL VIA TAKING TWO DIFFERENT BUSES AND HAVING TO HANG OUT AT THE MALL FOR A LONG TIME. THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE I GOT TWO PIECES AND THEY WERE SO GOOD I WANTED TO BUY A WHOLE PIZZA BUT HAD NO WAY TO CARRY IT ON MY SCOOTER. TO ME THESE PIZZAS ARE G R E A T!

Today was my only let down. I ordered a cheese steak with fried onions, green pepper, and mushroom. My cheese steak is falling apart and not because of an overflow of meat. The green peppers are uncooked and look tossed on as an afterthought. You can tell this is a different cook altogether.

Great food great services and great staff. I came here few days ago with my family and some friends we enjoyed each and every single minute at this place. We had ate a lot of delicious dishes and I ate my personal favorite. Onion pizza. Must recommend!

I order from this pizzeria many times and I've had nothing but a positive experience until yesterday which was August 2,2019. I place an order through the Slice app. The delivery driver dropped my food off at the wrong address. When I notified Slice that I hadn't received my order, the owner of the Pizzeria called me personally. He was very unprofessional and verbally abusive. I tried to explain to him that other food delivery apps that I've used in the past had the same issue due to the GPS system and he refused to listen to me and hung up. I will NEVER patronize this establishment EVER again!!!!! Which is unfortunate because I really enjoyed their food.

Great pizza. Known fact. But the people serving the pizza is a different sorry. They seem to be racist because I was inline waiting and the guy making the sandwich was the only one he looked at me didn’t say anythjng. But a white lady came after me and he greeted her and and assist her in her order. Then the old man by the resister came over to help me use his hands to slide the pizza in the oven. I’m not okay with his hands touching the pizza and he came from the resgister dealing with money. Smh very disgusting. Sbarro pizza concord mall.

Horrible customer service they delivered my pizza to the wrong house and then tried to blame me for it and told me don't order from them again, excellent customer service I'd stay away from these guys

The worker here doesn’t know what combo 3 is. It was hard to communicate what we want. We had to keep repeating what we said because she her thoughts are somewhere else while serving us. The combo says that we get 3 bread sticks for sides but she made us pay for the bread sticks.

I've ordered from Sbarro last week thru Grubhub. Let me start by saying that I frequently order from them and I never had a problem. However, Last week, I placed and order as usual and when the delivery arrived one of my items was incorrect. I called Grubhub accordingly to notify them. A few minutes later the owner, Robert, called me directly to apologized for the mix up and kindly gave me a store credit for me to use any time I want. I personally like Sbarro (I always had), but this is the first time that I've ever experienced such great customer satisfaction from this company! Thank you very much for caring Robert; I will certainly keep ordering from your store :)
