If you haven't ordered take-out in awhile from them, beware a service charge is now added if you don't pay with cash. Probably my last time to ever order from there.

Stopped in for lunch one afternoon. I got a slice and side salad lunch combo. It was a decent meal, although Seasons has never been my favorite for pizza, I do enjoy other things from their menu. I really enjoyed the salad, it was very fresh. The service was great and the place was clean.

Usually get the chicken and broccoli Alfredo, but last time it wasn't that good. Noodles were undercooked and the sauce was flavor less.

If I could give the place a 0 I would. I placed an order over the phone, confirmed order multiple times with employee, came to pick up the food and my order was wrong. So now I’m paying more than I expected plus I see the employees have headphones on while working. Maybe that’s why she couldn’t hear what was said over the phone. People need to pay attention to their customers and not listen to headphones/be on phone calls while supposedly working.

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! I went to seasons pizza on Philadelphia pike on or about December 28th. I have spent so much money at this location, I should have some shares in the company! I walked in and announced that I’m here to pick up my order. The black lady behind the counter got upset because of that. I guess she wanted me to stand there and look stupid until she acknowledge me on her time. They seem to be fully staffed, it was terrible, I had to go back and forth with the lady about my order, to keep the peace, I told her to keep the order and walked out for the last time!!!!!!!!

Don’t order from here it’s better if you order from anywhere else they are absolutely pathetic the women who work here have horrible attitudes and should be fired I’ve never heard or seen more unprofessional people in my life. They demand after wait 3 hours and getting the wrong pizza that I drive to there store and get a refund.

Two different failures here, from our two orders last night:• Food: My daughter was pretty pleased with her food (cheesesteak panini), but I ordered a simple turkey sub with mayo and honey mustard. I recall customizing my order online and removing the check mark for their special “Sub Sauce.” But a) the bread was borderline tough (almost as if it was toasted…but it wasn’t), and b) there was some kind of sauce on it that I did Not request — and I figured it was the Sub Sauce. I barely ate the one half of the sub and threw away the rest of it. Total waste.• Service: If I could have given NEGATIVE stars, I would have. I made the order online and when I pulled into the parking lot, I saw some parking spots that each had a sign for curbside pickup: “Call us to let us know you’re here,” and had a number assigned to each spot. So I called the number, and a black woman answered (confirmed later); I asked about the pickup option: “How does this work? Do come out, or do I have to still come in and grab our food?” She said with an attitude: “I’ll bring it out,” and then abruptly HUNG UP the phone before I could even tell her what space we were in.When she came out with the food, she didn’t even come out to the space where we were parked — she stood on the sidewalk/curb in front of the restaurant’s door and yelled, “Please back up your car, sir!” I backed up and rolled down the rear passenger side window and said “Put it on the seat, please.” She said (again, with much ‘tude), “We don’t do ‘door to door’ service, sir. And you should have requested that on the website!”, before plopping our stuff on the seat. I was apologizing to her when I saw she had already turned around to go back into the restaurant. EXTREMELY rude.To Seasons Pizza ownership/management: DO BETTER. It was bad enough that the sandwich was terrible, but this kind of treatment of your paying customers by an unprofessional employee is unacceptable and neither I nor my family will be back to your location again.
