These “service fees “ they’ve implemented suddenly are just ridiculous already. Ticketmaster has fewer fees. Never mind exorbitant delivery fees;if you order it for PICKUP and do it via the app, it’s a fee. If you pick up the phone and call the order in and then pick it up there’s still a charge, just a different amount. I shudder to think what they charge for ordering in person. It’s a shame because the food is very good, but I’m done with them.
Management is the issue at this location. Three issues.
They don't honor their military discount consistently. I have the receipt to prove that they applied the military discount to the desserts on our bill at the end of April (attached). A month later, they tried to not honor the military discount on the desserts. I had to request multiple times that they honor it to get them to do the right thing in the end with too much effort needed on my part.
