We have dined here many times as well as ordered for delivery. Ordering by phone is quick and easy. Everyone we’ve encountered by phone has been courteous, patient and efficient while taking our orders. Delivery is always quicker than what the order taker tells us. If we ask for a repeat of the order just to be sure they have it correct they’re only too glad to oblige. Delivery folks are very friendly and never seem to be rushed.

Customer service experience was terrible here, people sitting around on their phone when customers are in the lobby, didn't even realize they worked here from how relaxed they were just sitting around on their phone.
The other employee literally walked in the back as I walked in, I sat around for 10+ minutes nobody even addressed me. Mind you it was empty store beside me.
Someone just came out I said excuse me twice, they didn't even turn around to look at me! Again I'm the only customer in the store.
Terrible service I couldn't rightfully recommend this location to anyone given my customer service experience.
30 minute wait for being one of the 2 customers, servers didn’t give proper service, just stood around waiting to see if we’d order. We asked for a small side of hot sauce, and got charged for a full side container without being notified it would be a charge. Servers clearly couldn’t care less about the place
