Customer service experience was terrible here, people sitting around on their phone when customers are in the lobby, didn't even realize they worked here from how relaxed they were just sitting around on their phone.
The other employee literally walked in the back as I walked in, I sat around for 10+ minutes nobody even addressed me. Mind you it was empty store beside me.
Someone just came out I said excuse me twice, they didn't even turn around to look at me! Again I'm the only customer in the store.
Terrible service I couldn't rightfully recommend this location to anyone given my customer service experience.

30 minute wait for being one of the 2 customers, servers didn’t give proper service, just stood around waiting to see if we’d order. We asked for a small side of hot sauce, and got charged for a full side container without being notified it would be a charge. Servers clearly couldn’t care less about the place

Decent food , well priced , and nice staff. The thing that would make this seasons better is more upbeat environment. With dull lighting , it is more like a lounge dining experience.

I ordered 5 orderes of seasobites for the birds game 2 wks ago and instead of there being the buffalo sauce on em,they put french dressing on all 5 orders!!! WHO WOULD EVER THINK THAT WOULD BE O.K....So i call and it was like they were expecting my call, she lied and said it was there new sauce that corporate started sending which was clear b.s, So they agree to refund my money for the 5 orders (i also ordered pizza which i wasnt asking to be refunded for because we ate it) anyway they never refunded and about 5 calls later and 5 different b.s stories theyve given me i am now leaving a review!!!

Ive had better pizza at my grandsons school cafeteria. Beer was warm and they tell me you can't get.a stromboli without mozzarella cheese because it holds the lunch meat together. Never again.

Called placed order for one pizza, asked for curbside, placed on hold, recording states curbside offered, even web page states curbside, lady came back onto phone, said NO we stopped curbside, I politely asked for a phone call when it is ready, parked at takeout door and will come in, pizza was done and ready NO PHONE CALL that it was ready Was told 15 mins still waiting for phone call at 25 mins Pizza was cold and rubbery I had stopped coming to this location years ago I will not be back The staff at Elsemere location are 100% nicer and the service and food at that store is always edible and fresh Your local “chain” needs better consistency with food and attitude !!

im not one to write a review ever but after the experience i just had with this seasons, it is well deserved. my waitress abby was exceptional . Never had to ask for a thing its like she could read my mind, from the refills, extra napkins even ketchup. not only was i pleased with the service i received from her but watching her run around and greet everyone & hold small talk with her customers. She is great. Her smile is infectious her personality shines from across the room, she came to my table all smiles , i dont think it ever left her face & that is what i look for in a waitress. she has to be my favorite waitress of all time . I cant wait to be served by her again. Thank You SO MUCH ABBY !
