I had to leave DoorDash to double down on my review. The price that’s charged does not equal to the incredibly bland food they serve. Could get the same quality from something you take out the freezer and stick in a microwave.

Sitaly To Go is delicious! I've ordered delivery multiple times and their food is always so good.
Note: In my experience, their delivery is usually 30 minutes earlier than your requested time. Keep that in mind so you can plan accordingly.
Request: Their website doesn't let you login before ordering. It makes you enter your address first. Then you're able to login to your account, where your address is already saved. And if you enter a fake address to quickly bypass the initial screen, it won't let you through. So if users can login without first having to enter their address manually, that would be great. It would just make the ordering process a little faster. Thank you!

I love the food.The woman working the register are Great The Guy running the place has misreable look.I go into his shop and say hello to him,and he acts like I am bothering him.At least thats the vibe i am getting from him .I'm like Damn,what did i do to you? I am not here to talk bad about the joint,so dont let what I say discourage you from wanting to eat there,prices are cheap,food is.great and the cashiers are nice and that is what makes sitaly stand out.

Ordered online and was told my order would take an hour to be ready and to pick it up at 7:23, which I did. But the food must have been made 30 minutes prior to me arriving, because what I was given was cold pizza, which was so soggy it fell apart. I also got to enjoy cold, soggy French fries, chicken tenders and broccoli bites. What a treat. I'd call and complain, but no one gives a crap anymore, and acts like we the customer are an annoyance to their day. Guess I can tick one more terrible resteraunt off the list.
Friees were great, cake too. My grandma ordered raviolis. Gave her 4 medium sized raviolis. The owner I assume (bigger gentleman who makes the pizza) was very rude and snappy at his staff. Cussing, screaming and bitching about people want and how they want their food. Saw him wipe his nose, didn't even clean his hands from what I saw. Never wore gloves. Never again.

We’ve ordered from Sitaly To Go a few times in the past - the pizza has been decent if unremarkable. Unfortunately our last order was basically inedible. The prosciutto on the pizza had a notably bad smell coming from it, the sauce on the pizza and for the stromboli was extremely bitter and metallic, the boli was undercooked, chewy, the cheese had barely melted and the meat inside was lukewarm at best. It just seemed like they rushed our order but a lot of the ingredients were way off. We ended up eating a few deeply unsatisfying bites from the boli and throwing the rest out.
Hopefully it was just a fluke of a night, but there are enough reliable pizza spots in the area that I can’t see myself risking another $50 order just to end up that disappointed.

Ordered takeout to be ready at 5:15. Got a text at 4:30 saying it was ready. Called to say it shouldn’t sit for 45 min and was told it would be re-made. I picked it up at 5:15. When I got it home it had obviously been reheated and not re-made. As a first time customer I won’t be back.
