We’ve ordered from Sitaly To Go a few times in the past - the pizza has been decent if unremarkable. Unfortunately our last order was basically inedible. The prosciutto on the pizza had a notably bad smell coming from it, the sauce on the pizza and for the stromboli was extremely bitter and metallic, the boli was undercooked, chewy, the cheese had barely melted and the meat inside was lukewarm at best. It just seemed like they rushed our order but a lot of the ingredients were way off. We ended up eating a few deeply unsatisfying bites from the boli and throwing the rest out.
Hopefully it was just a fluke of a night, but there are enough reliable pizza spots in the area that I can’t see myself risking another $50 order just to end up that disappointed.

Ordered takeout to be ready at 5:15. Got a text at 4:30 saying it was ready. Called to say it shouldn’t sit for 45 min and was told it would be re-made. I picked it up at 5:15. When I got it home it had obviously been reheated and not re-made. As a first time customer I won’t be back.

Best strombolis in DE! I stop in at least every other week for medium pepperoni pizza and garlic knots but this time I switched it up and tried something new. The guy made me an Italian Stromboli w extra cheese and it was amazing
Pizza is good. Entrees lack flavor. Employees and service are great!!! Big Guy who seems to be in charge bullies employees, has a nonchalant attitude towards customers, and doesn't care what comes out of his mouth. He is the reason I won't be going back.

LITERALLY THE BEST PIZZA AND FOOD EVER . Everything is made and prepared so well and is just delicious. They have great service and always are time efficient even when super busy . Definitely recommend this store

This review is strictly for very poor service ahh the world of Delaware . This place is supposed to close at 10 and they had all their slices put away at 9:30. The girl in the front tried to tell me they didn't have anything left and I told her I saw them put everything away. She blatantly ignored my confrontation and as I went to the car I saw someone put multiple pies in the oven. This is so insane that half an hour before closing you have no slices out and could not care less about losing another customer. Only in Delaware this would happen even though the owner is from NY. In NY this would never happen. Just for that they will never get my business again and I'm posting this review. Laziness at its finest.

Food was TERRIBLE!!! No seasoning and slapped together definitely not worth any of the money spent.
I ordered an Italian sub and it was the best I've ever had. No longer interested in any other places... I'm a fan for life. Please put subs on your menu for everyone to see. Also, delivery was fast!

Stop going the pizza was good but there was no consistency sometimes it would be burned black on the bottom other times just right.
