Spark’d is conveniently located in downtown Wilmington at the DECO food court. A great spot, especially if you’re staying at Hotel Du Pont, or just passing by. The cold brew, and iced americano is always bold and freshly brewed. The pastries are delicious and a bunch of exotic choices to choose from. I’d definitely suggest the colossal sized croissant which has a fluffy fresh inside, and a light crunch outside.

I ordered a custom birthday cake and a Mardi Gras King Cake and both cakes were beautiful & delicious. Jennifer, the pastry sous chef was great! She assisted me in the selection process as I wasn’t completely sure what flavor birthday cake I wanted. I will definitely order from Sparkd again and I highly recommend them for custom cakes as well as everyday pastries.
Once again The pastries & bakery delights ant Spark’d never cease to amaze us. This is our favorite bakery for coconut cream pie, cakes for 2 , gingerbread cookies & almond macaroons. Yummy !! Love love love!!!

Sparked bakery is amazing ! Last year they did my ghost cake for my baby shower and it turned out amazing SO cute exactly like the picture and tasted amazing as well . This year Jen is accommodating my daughters first birthday cake which is MS Rachel and she's doing it kind of last notice for me. I really recommend this business and a huge thankyou for your help!

We stopped for coffee and breakfast but staff were very unfriendly, no smiling, no thank you and barely talked. They messed up with the order. He looked like he doesn't care about your order lol. I hope they can get better because it's good place.

I came in to DeCo for a side salad and left with a delicious treat! I passed Sparkd Creative Pastry to get my salad and was approached by the cashier who mistakenly mentioned for someone else. She was super sweet and welcoming, I can tell she was nervous but I ended up trying their Raspberry Thumbprint cookie and needless to say they have a new customer! I'll be back! Delicious, perfectly sweet and fulfilling! I'm excited to see what else they have to offer

I ordered a 2 tier yellow cake raspberry preserves filling with gran marnier icing. This describes mt original wedding cake from 23 years ago. Spark'd did a beautiful job with decorations. I was very disappointed by the taste. The cake itself was very dry and seemwd to be mass produced rather than freshly made. Its just not delicious.

AMAZING! My wedding cake was stunning and I received so many compliments. The cake flavors were Swiss chocolate and pink champagne and my guests raved about how delicious it was. I did wish it came in a bigger box, as carrying it to my car in a parking garage in downtown Wilmington was quite challenging, but it made for a great story.Jenn was very responsive and was attentive to my needs of the cake. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out for our special day.
Service was not very welcoming and the hot chocolate was so watered down, it might as well have just been brown water. Not sure what happened to this place, but hope to see improvements in the future.
