I have went to this Starbucks twice the first time something was wrong with the system and i couldn't use my gift card. Now today i pull up and store hours say they open at 7am and close at 2:00pm on Sunday and i look at my phone its 1:20 pm lights on but the doors are locked. Not sure who's in charge of this Location but this isn't good business they are in a million dollars location just not good for business. I tell you this Donkin Donuts right across the street they were open and making money.... Its sad because there are people willing to work and market and so on . .. Id like to talk to someone about this if you're business is closed please make the proper changes so your customers don't waste time and gas

On September 12, 2024 the 627 N. Market Street Starbucks is buzzing in the customers they want to serve and they're not serving anyone of color. What's that about? All the people of color are going to Dunkin Donuts who's not discriminating. They need better staff or close down as I have heard nothing but negative stories about this location.

They stopped serving coffee early. No espresso, no ice coffee, no cold brew, no hot coffee. The employees were ready to close before the hours posted.
I went to the location this morning. The staff isn't friendly at all. No one greeted us when we entered the building. The manager had a nasty disposition as she asked the other young lady to take our order.

Giving this location two stars for making my drink properly and as a kudos to the single barista behind the counter doing his best taking orders AND making every drink. Taking away three stars for 1) the wifi that doesn't work 2) the manager who rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help with the wifi because I needed a place to work and 3) every table being disgustingly sticky and dirty.
Not up to standard, but wow, it felt particularly terrible when the manager rolled her eye. Sorry for existing!!!!!!

The lights were off and door was locked when I arrived. 7/16/2022 @11:40 am - placed order via the Starbucks app. According to app and Google Maps, this location was open until 2pm. When I arrived the store was closed. Hours were not available on the building.

I went in here for a chai latte, paid, asked where the bathroom was and I was told “the bathroom is closed, we don’t have a bathroom, per the owner”Well, the owner is Starbucks the corporate entity.I did call their customer service and they have insisted they will take the matter seriously.
