The staff were super nice and very fast! This place has some nice seating options but it gets downgraded on stars because the restrooms were closed (a huge deal at cafes) and it was a little messy. But it hit the spot for caffeine and wi-fi.

This *would* be an outstanding place to congregate and incubate ideas, with great views of the city. However, the folks who work at this Starbucks are not allowing (most) customers to use the restrooms. This is illegal, and I have reported them to the city.

When your published open- hours state you close at 5:00pm, and you walk in at 4:50pm for a cup of coffee and find the doors unlocked and two people in line, you expect to be served. But alas, we were told "we're closed". We went directly across the street to Dunkin and got coffee from two lovely gents who were happy to help us. Can't give this place any recommendations whatsoever.

So this Starbucks used to be the best one near me. But lately, to be honest, it's been the worst one I've ever been to. First of all, the Starbucks app ALWAYS says that they are out of pretty much everything that they sell, but when you take the hike down the street, they are like "we're not out of everything." So why does it always say that you are?? The next thing is to get rid of your phone number on the app and the internet because whenever you do call, they just ring and ring and ring. So when I asked them about it, they told me that they don't have a phone and that it's not even hooked up. Seriously!? No phone? That is just crazy to me. I don't understand how you run a business that way. And from this point moving forward, I'm never going to take an order from any employee for food from my business ever again. They never came to pick it up, so we got stuck with over $40 worth of food. So, if I were you, I wouldn't go to this location. I know I'm not going back for a while.
Not a good place to sit because the bathrooms are permanently closed to customers. When I asked the staff for an alternative restroom, they suggested I go to a market That was a 10 minute walk away.
