The barista behind the counter was incredibly rude and awkward. I could barely hear her speaking through mumbled words and when I would ask for clarification she would just stare at me. Almost like there was no one home inside her brain. The most awkward experience I’ve ever had. The drinks were disgusting too. I’ll skip this place and make my coffee at home.

Well it’s in a Target for starters. Must have been 10 staff working, none of them obviously wanted to work. These ‘extra’ employees were walking back and forth between the counter and side door/break room (I’m guessing). Then a rush time happens, and one of the 3 staff at the counter decides to clean tables that weren’t even dirty. Pretty sure there are like 5 tables there including mine. She spent 15 minutes doing this—4 tables because I was still sipping on my tea. 10 mins to get a tea. Teabag and hot water folks. Sandwich was sub par. Ate half, threw it out.

Store manager should be fired ASAP. This store is so incredibly slow. I don't know how corporate allows this to happen. Everytime I go through the drive thru, I'm waiting at least 20 min. And then they have the nerve to hand me that germ infested cc reader asking for a tip. Um I don't think so. Go to the SB a few miles away in Hockessin. Much faster service. Employees know what they're doing.

Worst Starbucks location I have ever seen… they never have anything! No coffee (no espresso, no coldbrew, etc etc)… no cups… not even friendly consideration for customers. Completely understaffed, employees are untrained and miserable at their job. Get it together already

Horrible atmosphere, the employees were out of it and very slow today. I went there at 6:35pm when I had to go to work and used my time thinking I was gonna get good Starbucks when I didn’t. They had nothing to eat and the both employees were just toasting in the oven for their own selves and getting their own drinks instead of helping me, and the girl working there was extremely slow and responding slow as well. She looked out of it or something. Her other partner was doing what ever he wanted and putting startbucks food on the oven and they lied to me saying they didn’t have anything when they clearly did,and not helping at all. Not coming here again for a long time. And the drink that I ordered the new lavender latte cold drinking was made horrible, had no taste. Waist of time.

Listen… Kevin, the barista here, is a breath of fresh air. He’s amazing, always so kind and so welcoming. I didn’t know what I wanted today. I told him what I liked and he made me something based off my tastes.He slayed it. I wish I knew what this is I’m drinking but it’s amazing. Great service, friendly faces. Do yourself a favor and go to this Starbucks instead of the one by aldi if you live close. It’s worth the trip in. He made my day :)

Recently went to the drive thru on the weekend and ordered something I usually order at any Starbucks drive through and was told I had to come inside. When I expressed that I usually order through the drive thru the person taking orders said well that person wasn't doing their job right. I proceeded with ordering something else drive thru friendly and they then cut me off to say they didn't have anymore oatmilk so I said ok thank you I will just leave and they laughed and said SEE YA !! This interaction was very unprofessional and lacked common customer service standards I will not be returning to this location
