I’m extremely disappointed in how Starbucks has handled my son’s severe dairy allergy. On three separate occasions, he has been given dairy despite my clear instructions. The first time, milk was used instead of oat milk in his Frappuccino. The second time, whipped cream was put on his drink and instead of remaking it, the barista scraped it off. The third time, after I asked three times if the pumpkin flavoring was vegan and explained his severe allergy, the employee assured me it was safe, yet it wasn’t, and my son had an allergic reaction.
Food allergies are life-threatening and must be taken seriously. This is not just about preference, it’s about safety. Starbucks needs to do better in training employees on allergy protocols and ensuring drinks are made correctly when allergies are disclosed.

You know I love Starbucks! Tried the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. Really good! Has a kick to it! The staff was so friendly! Enjoyed their energy! Wife ordered the Matcha Latte with Strawberry. She loved it! Indoor seating as well as outdoor.

Employees are a bit lazy and slow and spend far too much time distracting each other instead of taking your order or making your drink. 5 minute coffee pickup takes 3x longer than it should.

Jacob was chill and even talked to my mom in spanish, he made me this frappe which he told me what was in it but i was so fried i didn’t even remember half of it but point is it was really good and my mom liked it too so, really cool guy

Best seating arrangement with very high ceilings. Service can be better though, they are not aggressive or rude just cold sometimes.
The atmosphere is great along the Riverfront. Easy access to things. I've had a few run ins with staff in terms of attitude and communication, even after going daily. The employees has been changing over time, but... I literally had to call Customer Service and got flack from the employee I reported later...

Longest I've ever had to wait for a couple of coffees - must have been nearly 30mins. Crazily inefficient operation. Only one person making drinks, while other staff are just hang out with little to do.
